The NFL International Series makes its latest stop across the pond as the Pittsburgh Steelers enter as growing favorites for their Week 7 clash against the New Orleans Saints at Stade de France in Saint-Denis, France.

With the lines on Kalshi leaning heavily toward Pittsburgh while giving the Steelers a 63% win probability, my top Steelers vs. Saints predictions and NFL picks anticipate the Black and Gold's ground game and dominant defense setting the physical tone to cover the spread overseas ahead of the 9:30 a.m. ET kickoff on NFL Network on Sunday, Oct. 25.

TOP Pick
Steelers vs Saints prediction today: Steelers -2.5

The New Orleans Saints can't stop the run and rank 32nd in rush defense DVOA while allowing the highest rushing success rate.

It's been a huge contributor to the Saints tying for the second-most points against per game (29.7), and it's a particularly poor shortcoming against the Pittsburgh Steelers in this Week 7 showdown.

The Steelers rank second in rushing DVOA and fifth in EPA per rush, so I'm happy to back the Black and Gold below the key number of 4.

Pittsburgh is set to control the time of possession, and its defense is also far more formidable, with a rank of eighth in DVOA while allowing the sixth-lowest EPA per play.

For a spread pick on every game, see our NFL picks against the spread for Week 7.

Covers COVERS INTEL: The Pittsburgh Steelers have allowed the sixth-lowest third-down conversion rate, and opponents have converted red-zone trips into touchdowns at the seventh-lowest clip.

Steelers vs Saints combo

Pittsburgh welcomed Rico Dowdle back in Week 6, and he rushed for a healthy 5.7 yards per carry, including 3.14 yards after contact per attempt and a 37.5% breakaway percentage.

He'll approach, if not reach, double-digit rushes Sunday, and in addition to the highlighted New Orleans shortcomings against the run, the Saints have allowed six different backs to pick up 30 or more rushing yards through five games.

Turning to New Orleans veteran Alvin Kamara, he's plodded for 15 or more rushing yards in five of six games, and his prior lowest total in this market was 22.5 in Week 1.

Steelers vs Saints combo

  • Steelers moneyline
  • Rico Dowdle 30+ rushing yards
  • Alvin Kamara 15+ rushing yards

Steelers vs Saints player prop: Rico Dowdle 30+ rushing yards

I recommend this Over up to 34+ rushing yards because I’m expecting Dowdle to carve out a slightly larger role in the backfield for this favorable Week 7 matchup.

Backfield mate Jaylen Warren handled a career-high 211 carries last season, and his 63 totes over the past four games was also the largest workload across a four-week stretch in his career.

Pittsburgh head coach and offensive coordinator Mike McCarthy now has the luxury to spell Warren more frequently because of Dowdle’s versatility. Plus, McCarthy has been a believer in Dowdle dating back to their time with the Dallas Cowboys.

Steelers vs Saints touchdown scorer: Jaylen Warren

With the Saints allowing 12 touchdowns to opposing running backs through six games, I would recommend Steelers running back Jaylen Warren to find the end zone up to 60%.

He's posted top-five ranks in yards per carry (6.5), yards after contact per attempt (3.94), and PFF elusive rating (98.5) across the past four weeks, and Warren is also a threat through the air with a league-high 14.1 yards per reception among backs during the run.
