With Lamar Jackson sidelined once again, we're backing the Bengals to capitalize, targeting Cincinnati's moneyline and two player props in a pivotal AFC North showdown in Baltimore.

With Lamar Jackson officially ruled out due to an ankle injury, my Bengals vs. Ravens prediction backs Cincinnati to capitalize in today's pivotal AFC North showdown.

Fresh off their bye week, the Bengals head to M&T Bank Stadium as 1.5-point road favorites, with kickoff set for 1 p.m. ET on CBS.

Baltimore's quarterback situation opens the door for some intriguing trading opportunities, and my latest NFL picks target value across the moneyline, anytime touchdown, and completions markets this afternoon.

TOP Pick
Bengals vs Ravens prediction today: Bengals moneyline

Editor's note: Jackson has now officially been ruled out and will miss his third straight game.

Even though I gave them out at +2.5 earlier this week, I'm still willing to trade the Cincinnati Bengals 51% moneyline, up to 53%, against the Baltimore Ravens.

Lamar Jackson has been limited in practice all week after missing the past two games, so there is no way he'll be 100% Sunday if he plays at all. An injured Lamar weakens Baltimore's offense, especially its ground game, because he's less likely to run, which is his biggest skill.

Jackson averaged only 20.1 rushing yards per game when he returned from injury last season, and the Ravens missed the playoffs.

Meanwhile, Cincinnati enters off a bye with a much cleaner injury situation. Since 2024, Baltimore is 1-5 against the spread (ATS) with a rest disadvantage and a -4.8 spread differential.

Covers COVERS INTEL: Believe it or not, the Bengals have a strength-on-weakness edge in the trenches on running plays. Per ESPN, Cincy's defense is seventh in run-stop win rate, and the Ravens are 19th in run-block win rate.

Bengals vs Ravens combo

This combo makes sense if Cincinnati turns the game into a Joe Burrow-controlled grind instead of asking its rushing attack to carry the offense.

I want the Bengals living in manageable down-and-distance situations, stacking first downs, and forcing Baltimore to defend long possessions. That naturally gives Burrow more chances to pile up completions while increasing the odds that Ja'Marr Chase eventually finishes one of those drives in the end zone.

The other side of the script matters, too. If Baltimore's offense is less explosive than usual, Cincinnati can stay patient and keep leaning on what Burrow does best.

Give me Burrow moving the chains, Chase cashing in near the goal line, and the Bengals hanging around long enough to finish the job.

Bengals vs Ravens combo

  • Bengals +1.5
  • Ja'Marr Chase anytime touchdown
  • Joe Burrow 25+ pass completions

Bengals vs Ravens touchdown scorer: Ja'Marr Chase

There is value in Ja'Marr Chase's anytime touchdown prop as long as it stays below 50%.

Cincinnati may have to lean more heavily on Burrow's arm in this matchup. The Bengals rank 27th in yards per rush, while Baltimore is ninth in yards per rush allowed, making the passing game the cleaner path to points.

And if Burrow is throwing near the goal line, Chase is obviously his first look.

Chase has eight touchdowns in 10 career games against Baltimore and leads Cincinnati with four touchdown catches this season.

Some receivers can be schemed out of games. Chase usually isn't one of them.

Bengals vs Ravens player prop: Joe Burrow 25+ completions

I'd play Joe Burrow's completions prop up to 26+.

Burrow owns the highest completion rate in NFL history at 68.6% and is completing a league-high 71.4% of his passes this season. He's also been dinking and dunking more, ranking 24th in intended air yards per attempt.

That style fits this prop perfectly. Burrow has completed 25+ passes in three of five games this season and averages 25.4 completions in 11 career meetings with Baltimore, clearing 25+ in six of them.
