Best Kent State vs Ohio State combo
Ohio State's offense is one of the best in the country, and Kent State's defense is one of the worst. That's a recipe for the Buckeyes scoring touchdowns on pretty much every drive until they pull their starters in the second half.
A 35-0 halftime lead is doable, and I expect Ohio State to win the game in the ballpark of 59-3. Kent State's defense is non-existent.

Best Georgia vs Arkansas combo
My combo highlights the overall theme of this game analysis: Bulldogs domination. You're getting a boosted price on something because of non-correlation that should be boosted based on how the game is most likely to play out.
The trenches make this ugly for Arkansas fast. Once Kirby Smart gets a two-score lead, expect the Bulldogs to lean on the run and bleed the clock rather than pad the score. Arkansas can't hold up physically on defense, and its offense won't move the ball enough to keep this competitive. This is one of the best ways to capture that with value.

Best Arizona State vs Kansas combo
Arizona State should be able to establish control early against a Kansas team coming off a poor offensive performance against Missouri.
The Sun Devils’ offensive efficiency gives them a path to build a lead, while the full-game over leaves room for Kansas to contribute enough scoring to keep the game active.
If Arizona State plays to its status as the favorite, this combination can cash without requiring a blowout.

Best USC vs Rutgers combo
Call this one the "Back Door Cover Special."
USC will jump out to a two-touchdown lead in the first half given its overall superiority. The Trojans have outscored their opponents 106-10 in the first half.
They have taken their foot off the gas pedal in the second half, however, finishing 1-2 ATS despite those one-sided starts. KJ Duff and the Rutgers offense are live to put up second-half scores that cover this wide full-game margin for a home team in a conference game, and USC will begin looking forward to next week's tilt with Oregon.

Best SMU vs Louisville combo
Since my first-quarter Under contradicts my full-game Over, this combo pays 7.7x. If I used the first-quarter Over instead, the payout is roughly 5-to-1.
More importantly, Louisville and Ole Miss scored just three first-quarter points last season before finishing with 79, and the Mustangs have gotten off to slow starts in most of their last 12 games. Once these offenses settle in, Jennings and Kienholz can take over.

Best Kentucky vs Texas A&M combo
Kentucky's only path to being competitive against Texas A&M is to grind the game to a halt and control the time of possession. The underdog covering the spread in a low-scoring game script is a correlated outcome worth considering.

Best Florida State vs Alabama combo
Alabama should have no trouble moving the ball against a Florida State defense that has struggled to slow down opposing offenses, while the Tide are coming off a 45-point performance against Kentucky.
This is also a game Alabama has had circled since losing to the Seminoles in last year's season opener. Expect the Crimson Tide to come out looking to smack Florida State in the mouth and establish control early, while the Seminoles should have enough opportunities to help push this game Over 48.5.

Best Florida vs Auburn combo
Auburn doesn't have the offensive firepower to hang with Florida in a shootout. If they are going to pull off an upset on Saturday, it'll likely be a lower-scoring game.

Best North Carolina vs Clemson combo
The game matches big-name coaches on both sides, and both men really need a win. Dabo Swinney has been questioned for his unwillingness to embrace the transfer portal, and a second-straight 1-2 start to a season could have his seat getting hot underneath him.
Belichick’s tenure at UNC may be stabilizing after a brutal first year, but the team is still embroiled in scandal, and he needs success on the field to justify the bad headlines swirling around the program.
With two great coaches both in need of a win, look for a conservative, run-first, clock control game. It won’t be fun to watch and could end 15-12.
We’ll call it 20-15, Clemson.

Best LSU vs Ole Miss combo
While offense is the hot topic for the Magnolia Bowl with Kiffin and Chambliss, the atmosphere and LSU's defense could lead to a slow start that ultimately ends with the better defense winning the day.
If Leavitt's injury is real and he's limited, or Landen Clark actually plays, that should only help the first-half Under hit, especially with Ole Miss' defense not being overly impressive.
Kiffin's offensive prowess has also had a major impact on the Magnolia Bowl total in recent years. However, the Under hit in four of six matchups during his time at Ole Miss.

Best Michigan State vs Notre Dame combo
If you think this game stays Under while Michigan State keeps it tight from start to finish, combo these plays and get 3.62x.
The game script works hand-in-hand: Michigan State hanging around makes a lower-scoring game far more likely, while an Under makes it much harder for Notre Dame to create the margin needed to cover a massive spread. If the Spartans can avoid giving the Irish short fields and force them to sustain drives, Michigan State and the Under can stay alive together deep into the second half.
