Knicks vs. 76ers

  • Time: 7:30 p.m. ET
  • TV: NBC Sports Philadelphia, MSG
  • Analyst: Chris Walder

Combo: 7.45x

  • Knicks moneyline
  • Under 227
  • LeBron James Over 6.5 assists

The City of Brotherly Love has been incredibly kind to the visiting Knicks in recent memory, as tonight's visitors are 9-1 in their last 10 road games in Philadelphia.

The Oct. 20 opener had a combined total of just 206 points, well below Friday's line of 227. These two teams are currently a combined 2-8 in this market, both ranking in the bottom third of the Association in points per contest.

LeBron James is coming off a 10-assist line versus the Pacers, marking his second time as a Sixer that he's gone Over 6.5 dimes. He had seven the last time he saw New York, and his 12 potential assists are far and away the best number on his team.

Bulls vs. Celtics

  • Time: 7:30 p.m. ET
  • TV: NBC Sports Boston, CHSN
  • Analyst: Geoff Clark

Combo: 6.93x

  • Over 234.5
  • Chicago +14.5
  • Norman Powell 19.5 points

Reminder: I’m only risking 0.25u on NBA combos moving forward, so I’m comfortable taking a bigger swing when the game script lines up this cleanly.

I'm using Chicago +14.5 mostly based on the zig-zag theory, which is when you trade the opposite of what happened two teams in their rematch. The Celtics blasted the Bulls Monday but the spread is the same. I.e., the market isn't overreacting to Boston's 35-point win.

For the second leg, I'm predicting that Chicago has a better shooting night in the same gym, which helps it cover the spread and cash my Over.

And I’ll get to Chicago wing Norman Powell's 20+ points prop below, but his scoring role fits perfectly with that bounce-back script.

Magic vs. Raptors

  • Time: 7:30 p.m. ET
  • TV: Sportsnet, FanDuel Sports Network
  • Analyst: Chris Walder

Combo: 6.25x

  • Raptors moneyline
  • Under 224.5
  • Tristan da Silva Under 12.5 points

Wednesday's victory was the Raptors' second in a row over the Magic and the sixth in their last seven meetings dating back to Jan. 2025. The last two were by an average margin of 41 points.

A 228-point total was just the third time in the last 10 matchups between these two sides that an Over was registered in this market. A repeat defensive performance from Toronto will keep Orlando's scoring to a minimum, and therefore increase the likelihood of an Under.

Tristan da Silva led the Magic with 20 points on 8-of-11 shooting. He's now gone Over Wednesday's prop of 12.5 points in three of his first four outings, but it's safe to assume the Raptors will have his name circled this time around and look to prevent another outburst.

Pacers vs. Heat

  • Time: 8 p.m. ET
  • TV: FanDuel Sports Network
  • Analyst: Quinn Allen

Combo: 5.40x

  • Pacers +8.5
  • Under 237.5
  • Obi Toppin Over 1.5 threes

I'm targeting Under 237.5 points. Both teams are averaging fewer than 116 PPG, and Indiana's injuries could limit its offensive efficiency. With Haliburton and TJ McConnell sidelined, the Pacers are missing key playmakers. Despite Miami's defensive struggles, I expect a low-scoring game.

I'll round out my combo with an Obi Toppin prop. The 28-year-old is shooting a respectable 40.7% from downtown so far, and he's cashed the Over in two of his last three outings. Toppin faces a Heat perimeter defense that struggles to defend the three, giving him a favorable matchup.

Rockets vs. Mavericks

  • Time: 8 p.m. ET
  • TV: Space City Home Network, KFDA
  • Analyst: Chris Faria

Combo: 5.65x

  • Rockets -5.5
  • Over 227.5
  • Kevin Durant Over 22.5 points

The Rockets are averaging 123 ppg, the second-best mark in the NBA, and have cashed the Over in four of five games this season.

The Mavericks' offense isn't too shabby either at 114.6 ppg (16th), while both teams have been incredibly efficient, ranking in the top three in field goal percentage.

Kevin Durant has recorded 20+ points in four of five outings, including a season-high 30 vs. Dallas in the season opener.

See more in Chris Faria's Rockets vs. Mavericks predictions.

Nuggets vs. Suns

  • Time: 10 p.m. ET
  • TV: FanDuel Sports Network
  • Analyst: Quinn Allen

Combo: 6.15x

  • Nuggets -3.5
  • Under 231.5
  • Devin Booker Over 5.5 assists

I'm eyeing a Denver win, but it'll be low-scoring. They're averaging just 110.8 PPG and scored only 104 against New Orleans on Wednesday, while Phoenix is producing 109.3 per night. Neither offense has been particularly consistent, and despite the Suns' defensive struggles, I expect this matchup to stay below the total.

I'll conclude this combo with Devin Booker. He's Phoenix's top playmaker, averaging 5.3 assists per game. Book has cashed the Over in back-to-back contests, dishing out seven dimes each time. Denver is allowing 6.3 assists per night to opposing point guards.

Lakers vs. Warriors

Combo: 4.55x

  • Lakers moneyline
  • Under 234.5 points
  • Lakers moneyline- 1st Half

This combo opens with my main prediction: the Lakers win outright to continue a recent trend of success against the Warriors, with the Doncic-Reaves combo frequently breaking through against a Golden State squad ranked No. 28 in offensive efficiency rating allowed to backcourt players (63.0).

We’re also banking on the Under hitting despite the offensive talent on both ends, as that's been the recent trend at Chase Center and in this matchup, specifically with the 234.5-point total.

Then I’m envisioning the Lakers outscoring the Warriors in the first two quarters, as they have in the first half of each of their last four road games versus Golden State. Additionally, Los Angeles is averaging a league-high 66.6 first-half points per game this season.
