Seahawks vs Titans Best bet: Kenneth Walker III Over 61.5 rushing yards (-114)
Last week, the Seattle Seahawks took a tough hit to their hopes of winning the NFC West when they lost to the Los Angeles Rams 21-19. Sam Darnold reverted to some bad habits when he threw four interceptions with no touchdowns.
Meanwhile, Kenneth Walker III ran for 67 yards and a touchdown on 16 carries. That was a much better performance than his running mate Zach Charbonnet who only had 37 yards on 11 carries. Walker has been the much more effective back this season in Seattle.
Walker is coming in banged up and is officially listed as questionable, but coach Mike Macdonald said he “should be fine” for Sunday’s game in his Friday press conference. This is enough for me to feel comfortable taking Walker’s rushing total against a terrible run defense.
The Tennessee Titans rank 26th in rushing yards allowed, 25th in rush attempts allowed, and 24th in yards per carry allowed. They have allowed 66 yards or more on the ground to their opponent’s leading rusher in eight of their 10 games this season.
It is more likely that the Seahawks will lean on Walker early in this game over Charbonnet and even the passing game. Walker should get enough volume even if the game blows open to hit this rushing total.

The Titans have allowed 15 rushing touchdowns this season, and both running backs will get their opportunities to score at different points of this game, especially in a blowout.
