The World's Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party heads to Atlanta for the first time in rivalry history with the potential for offensive fireworks on Halloween.

For the first time in the history of the World's Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party, Florida and Georgia will play in Atlanta at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, with kickoff slated for Saturday at 3:30 p.m. ET (ABC).

The Bulldogs are 11.5-point favorites, and my Florida vs. Georgia prediction and college football picks expect Kirby Smart's team to take advantage of Jon Sumrall's defense in his first Cocktail Party.

Who will win Florida vs Georgia: Georgia -11.5

Kirby Smart has owned the Florida vs. Georgia rivalry recently, winning eight of the last nine games.

While he's just 5-4 against the spread in those games, his Bulldogs have the advantage against a sporadic Florida team. But without knowing which version of Florida we'll get, I would only take the Bulldogs up to -12.5.

Georgia's defense is far more trustworthy than Florida's, ranking 14th nationally in available yards percentage (35.7%), 21st in defensive success rate (35.4%), and holding six of seven opponents to 20 or fewer points.

With athletes like Chris Cole and Ellis Robinson IV, Georgia is well-equipped to deal with Buster Faulkner's misdirection-heavy offense. Plus, the Gators' top two QBs (Aaron Philo, Tramell Jones Jr.) are questionable, and while I expect them to play, it could impact their consistency.

In a high-scoring game, Georgia's defense will make enough stops to cover.

 TOP PICK
Florida vs Georgia Over/Under pick: Over 54.5

Georgia has been an Over machine this season, hitting it in six of seven games, despite its defense allowing just 15.9 points per game. I like the Over to hit at 55.5 or better for the fifth time in the last seven Cocktail Parties, especially given Faulkner's familiarity with Smart and Georgia's defense.

Faulkner worked for Smart at Georgia for three years before spending the last three seasons as Georgia Tech's offensive coordinator; his offenses averaged 24.6 points and 392 yards against the Bulldogs. With one of the top running backs in the country in Jadan Baugh, who ranks top 10 in forced missed tackles (40), Florida should score 20+.

Its defense will do the rest of the job for the Over. Florida has one of the worst defenses in the Power Four, ranking 125th in the country in defensive success rate (49.5%), and it hasn't played an offense as efficient as Georgia's yet this season.

Covers COVERS INTEL: No team in the country gets more out of quality offensive drives than Georgia, which ranks No. 1 nationally in points per opportunity (5.21) and No. 2 in offensive success rate (51.9%).

Florida vs Georgia combo

Some weeks Florida looks like a College Football Playoff team (against Ole Miss and Texas), and other weeks it looks like it might not win eight games (against Missouri and South Carolina). Which version will come to play in the World's Largest Cocktail Party?

If Auburn hadn't improbably upset the Bulldogs the last time they played, they would probably be closer to 14.5-point favorites because of Florida's defensive struggles and offensive injuries.

Coming out of a bye, I expect Smart to have Georgia ready to roll in a rivalry game he's dominated and to pull away in the second half against a Florida defense that ranks second-worst in havoc rate in the SEC (14.5%).
