Noon ET kickoffs

Indiana vs. Nebraska

Top pick: Nebraska +7.5

Colby Marchio’s Indiana vs. Nebraska prediction and picks see a look-ahead spot for the unbeaten Hoosiers, who are 5-0 but just 1-4 against the spread, traveled last week and have Ohio State on deck.

Nebraska has been home since Sept. 26 and ranks in the top 15 nationally in points per game, points per play and third-down conversion rate. Marchio builds his combo around the Cornhuskers plus the points and the Over 48.5.

North Carolina vs. Pitt

Top pick: Pitt -3.5

Phil Naessens thinks the market overreacted to Pitt losing quarterback Mason Heintschel for the season, and he’ll lay up to -4. His North Carolina vs. Pitt prediction and picks note backup Holden Geriner is 19 of 26 without an interception.

The Tar Heels allowed 186 rushing yards to Clemson and 241 to Notre Dame, while Pitt averages 162 on the ground and is 4-0 at home. Naessens also likes the Over 46.5.

Texas A&M vs. Missouri

Top pick: Missouri -3.5

Jason Ence is backing the Tigers up to 54%. His Texas A&M vs. Missouri prediction and picks point to Aggies quarterback Marcel Reed, who has been pressured on 42.5% of his 127 dropbacks and has completed just 10 of 27 passes in those spots.

Missouri’s defense ranks in the top 20 in average third-down distance and early-down EPA per play. Ence also likes the Over 48.5 and a Missouri team-total prop.

Early afternoon

South Carolina vs. Florida

Top pick: South Carolina +11.5

Nick Galaida calls the Gamecocks one of the most underrated teams in the market and plays them to 48%. His South Carolina vs. Florida prediction and picks note South Carolina outgained Kentucky 458-394 last week but lost in overtime after turnovers.

He expects positive turnover regression to keep the game competitive in Gainesville. Galaida also likes the Over 59.5.

3:30 p.m. ET kickoffs

Ole Miss vs. Vanderbilt

Top pick: Vanderbilt +9.5

Nick Galaida’s Ole Miss vs. Vanderbilt prediction and picks play the Commodores to 52%. Vanderbilt’s pass defense ranks 43rd nationally in PFF grading, a good fit against an Ole Miss offense built around Trinidad Chambliss and the passing game.

Hurricane Isaias could bring sustained winds above 20 mph, which is why he also likes the Under 55.5.

Stanford vs. Notre Dame

Top pick: Notre Dame -21.5 (first half)

Geoff Clark would rather attack the talent gap before garbage time. His Stanford vs. Notre Dame prediction and picks take the Irish in the first half up to -23.5, noting Stanford trailed Miami 35-0 and Wake Forest 35-3 at halftime.

Notre Dame ranks sixth in first-half scoring offense and 10th in first-half scoring defense. Clark also lays the Irish -38.5 up to -40.5 for the full game and likes the Over 54.5.

Texas vs. Oklahoma

  • Kickoff: 3:30 p.m. (Cotton Bowl, Dallas)
  • TV: ABC
  • Analyst: Rob Paul

Top pick: Texas -7.5

Rob Paul has Texas winning the Red River Rivalry 24-13 and would take the Longhorns to cover as many as 9.5 points. His Texas vs. Oklahoma prediction and picks note the Sooners haven’t scored a touchdown in three of their four meetings with Texas under Brent Venables, and this year’s offense ranks 112th in available yards percentage.

Oklahoma is also likely without its left tackle and one of its top receivers. For more on the series, see our Texas vs. Oklahoma rivalry history, and note our Week 6 college football picks against the spread also back the Longhorns.

UCLA vs. Oregon

Top pick: UCLA +11.5

Geoff Clark takes the points with the unbeaten Bruins, down to +10.5, since Oregon will be without starting quarterback Dante Moore. His UCLA vs. Oregon prediction and picks point to a rushing edge: UCLA leads the country in yards per rush and ranks 15th in yards per rush allowed, while Oregon ranks 64th and 58th.

Clark also likes the full-game Under, which also shows up in our Week 6 college football Over/Under picks.

Late afternoon

Tennessee vs. Arkansas

Top pick: Tennessee -13.5

Chris Hatfield will lay the points with the Volunteers down to 56%. His Tennessee vs. Arkansas prediction and picks lean on a mismatch on the ground: Tennessee’s rushing attack ranks fourth nationally in EPA per rush, while Arkansas ranks 128th in defending the run.

Running back DeSean Bishop gives the Vols a way around their quarterback uncertainty. Hatfield also has an Under lean and a team touchdown prop.

Evening kickoffs

LSU vs. Kentucky

Top pick: LSU -9.5

Geoff Clark will lay the points with the Tigers up to -10.5. His LSU vs. Kentucky prediction and picks note LSU ranks fourth nationally in yards per rush allowed and second in sacks, a rough matchup for a Kentucky team that struggles to protect its quarterback.

Kentucky lost 45-17 to Alabama, and Clark also trusts Lane Kiffin as a road favorite, noting he went 8-3 against the spread in that role at Ole Miss from 2020 to 2025. He adds a first-half angle and a total.

Georgia vs. Alabama

  • Kickoff: 7:30 p.m.
  • TV: ABC
  • Analyst: Rob Paul

Top pick: Under 51.5

Rob Paul expects the weather to hold down scoring. His Georgia vs. Alabama prediction and picks note the total has dropped from 56.5 to 51.5 with Hurricane Isaias forecast near Tuscaloosa, and Alabama has hit the Under in six of its last nine home games.

Check the Georgia vs. Alabama weather report before you bet. Paul also likes Alabama to win, and the game is the No. 1 must-watch matchup in our Week 6 college football Top 25 predictions.

USC vs. Penn State

Top pick: USC moneyline

J.D. Yonke calls this a buy-low spot on the Trojans and is on the moneyline at 52% or below. His USC vs. Penn State prediction and picks note Penn State’s defense ranks 133rd in EPA per rush and 135th in rushing explosiveness allowed.

USC’s offense ranks eighth in success rate, with Jayden Maiava averaging 9.1 yards per attempt. Yonke’s combo adds the Under 55.5 and a first-half Under 27.5.
