Best Florida State vs Louisville combo

Louisville's defense is the reason it's already lost three games this season and why it's failed to cover in two straight ACC matchups. Louisville doesn't create negative plays on defense, ranking third-last in the ACC in havoc rate (13.2%) and 88th in net EPA per play.

With Kromah and Daniels carrying FSU's ground attack, they will be able to break loose for big plays and approach 30+ points. Meanwhile, FSU has defensive issues of its own, ranking 92nd in available yards percentage (52.1%).

A high-scoring game should lead to a back-and-forth final frame.

Best Texas A&M vs Missouri combo

The Aggies have scored just 21 first-quarter points in four games against FBS schools, and 14 of those came last week against lowly Arkansas.

For the Tigers, the opening quarter has been a struggle. Despite averaging 33.5 points per game in four FBS matchups, they've managed to score just three points in the opening stanza.

I'm backing the teams to have another low-scoring opening 15 minutes before breaking into an entertaining contest, as Missouri's games tend to do.

Best Indiana vs Nebraska combo

Nebraska bringing it offensively correlates nicely with each of the three legs I've mentioned thus far, and if you were to combo all of those together to get your Saturday morning sweat going, you'd get a crispy 5.37x.

Check out our full Indiana vs. Nebraska predictions.

Best North Carolina vs Pitt combo

All three legs follow the same script.

Pittsburgh leans on the run, North Carolina's defensive front wears down in the second half, and the Panthers do enough to win.

The moneyline means Pitt doesn't need to cover, so a late Tar Heels touchdown doesn't hurt. UNC keeps pace early with big plays through the air and on returns, pushing the scoreboard past 46.5.

Best South Carolina vs Florida combo

Playable to 44%.

The Gamecocks haven't won at Florida since 2014. They are 0-4 SU since then but 2-2 ATS in those games.

South Carolina has the offensive talent to cover a double-digit spread against an underwhelming Florida defense, but there is a big difference between covering a large spread and delivering an outright upset.

Expect South Carolina and Florida to both put points on the board this weekend, but for the Gators to ultimately squeak out a narrow victory at home.

Best Texas vs Oklahoma combo

The Red River Rivalry has been uncompetitive in three of Venables' four seasons in Norman. Oklahoma has a massive offensive problem, and there's no reason to believe this year will be any different.

Mateer ranks 69th nationally in QBR (56.7) and has posted a 58.9 QBR or worse in three straight matchups, leading the Sooners to fewer than 300 total yards in each.

OU's offense likely won't have its left tackle and is down one of its top receivers (Trell Harris) against a Texas defense that's allowing just 271 yards per game. However, the Sooners should slow Texas' offense down too.

I have Texas winning Red River 24-13.

Best Stanford vs Notre Dame combo

Everything points toward the Fighting Irish controlling this game and forcing the Cardinal into a desperate game script. The correlation is straightforward: Notre Dame goes up big in the first half and a meaningless (hopefully) Stanford score helps push the game toward the Over.

Notre Dame taking its foot off the gas is my biggest concern, which is why getting early separation is so important. I'm essentially banking on the Fighting Irish scoring 50+ points and the Cardinal not getting shutout.

Best UCLA vs Oregon combo

The Ducks can start fast without blowing the Bruins out, which is the game script I'm targeting here. Oregon may have success early with scripted plays, but UCLA's rushing advantage should help it ultimately control the pace.

A slower tempo supports the full-game Under and gives the Bruins a better chance of keeping this close. If the Ducks win the opening quarter before Chesney's team leans on the ground game and shortens the remaining possessions, all three legs can hit.

Best Ole Miss vs Vanderbilt combo

Playable to 30%.

In poor weather conditions, taking the underdog to cover in a low-scoring game is a correlated strategy. The strength of Vanderbilt's roster is its veteran defense, which has performed well against other top offenses early in 2026.

Check out our full Ole Miss vs. Vanderbilt predictions.

Best Tennessee vs Arkansas combo

Arkansas starts its average possession at its own 27-yard line, ranking 108th nationally. That leaves considerable ground to cover against a defense allowing opponents to gain only 34% of available yards, ranking 16th.

Those longer fields favor empty possessions or drives that consume time without producing touchdowns. Tennessee’s rushing matchup should also make protecting a lead more sustainable, reducing the need for aggressive passing late. Pairing its moneyline with the full-game Under and Arkansas’ touchdown Under captures that the best.

Check out our full Tennessee vs. Arkansas predictions.

Best LSU vs Kentucky combo

I'm expecting LSU to do most of the scoring early, which gives the first-half Over a clear path before the game slows down. If the Tigers build a comfortable lead, Kentucky should be forced into obvious passing situations against one of the country's best pass rushes.

From there, LSU can lean on the ground game, bleed clock, and let its defense take over. That script supports the Tigers covering while keeping the full-game total Under, even if the first half produces plenty of points.

Best Georgia vs Alabama combo

This is by far the No. 1 must-watch game in my college football Top 25 predictions this week, and the weather adds an extra wrinkle.

Points will be hard to come by, especially early, as these offenses adjust to the wet conditions. However, the Crimson Tide have the advantage on offense with their QB.

Russell is more dynamic than Stockton and has been on another level in his last three games, with 13 total touchdowns and a 96.7+ QBR in each outing. He can make the difference late in a low-scoring game.

Check out our full Georgia vs. Alabama predictions.

Best USC vs Penn State combo

Penn State just doesn't have many buttons to press offensively. The offensive line gets no push (118th in line yards), and there are no impact players at running back or receiver.

That'll lead to a low-scoring game from the get-go, and USC can capitalize on its superior offensive game plan, personnel, and execution.

Check out our full USC vs. Penn State predictions.

Best Hawaii vs Arizona State combo

If this is a sloppy game in the rain, it'll benefit the underdog, so this is a correlated combo. Neither team is clicking on all cylinders, and both squads could come out tight given the importance of grabbing a win to establish much-needed momentum.

Check out our full Hawaii vs. Arizona State predictions.

Best Kansas vs Utah combo

Utah's defense will allow it to cover the spread while still hitting the Under, as it has played below this total in each of its last three games.

With the first half spread below 10 points, I'm also adding the Utes to cover the first half spread for my combo. They have held leads of at least 21 points in each of their first four games, and I don't see Kansas doing enough offensively to change that trend on Saturday.
