I’d much rather take the Tampa Bay Rays up to 59% on the moneyline than ask them to win by multiple runs in a game with such a low total.
The Rays enter 8-2 over their last 10 games with a 2.45 staff ERA during that stretch. Ian Seymour’s 4.27 ERA undersells his profile — a 1.14 WHIP and 11.0 strikeouts per nine innings — and he held Houston to two runs over six innings while striking out 10 his last time out.
