Opening NFL Week 15 Odds and Betting Lines: Buffalo -1.5 at New England

After a big win against the Bengals in Week 14, the Bills are slight favorites against the Patriots in Week 15.

The NFL Week 15 odds are loaded with marque matchups carrying plenty of postseason weight.

The Buffalo Bills at New England Patriots (+1.5), Detroit Lions at Los Angeles Rams (-4.5), and Green Bay Packers at Denver Broncos (+2.5) are the big games for this go-around, and they'll all be in the books before Sunday Night Football.

Here's a look at the opening NFL Week 15 odds and early adjustments.

Falcons vs Buccaneers odds (Thursday, 8:15 p.m. ET, Prime)

Opening line

The Buccaneers opened as 5.5-point home favorites, but the vig is swinging toward Atlanta, and this spread could shorten later in the week. There are some injuries on both sides of the ball for Tampa Bay on the short week, and WR Mike Evans' status is up in the air. This total hit the board at 43.5 and climbed to 44.5, through the key stop of 44 points.

Raiders vs Eagles odds (Sunday, 1:00 p.m. ET, FOX)

Opening line

The Eagles stumble back home after an ugly loss on MNF to the Chargers. Philadelphia is a 11.5-point home chalk hosting the Raiders in what is forecasted to be a chilly day at Lincoln Financial Field. The total is at 38.5 points.

Commanders vs Giants odds (Sunday, 1:00 p.m. ET, FOX)

Opening line

The Commanders are likely without QB Jayden Daniels again after he made a brief return in Week 14 before suffering a wrist injury. New York is coming off the bye week and opened as a 1.5-point favorite before jumping to -2.5. This total opened at 46.5 and climbed to 47.5 points through the key O/U number of 47 points.

Chargers vs Chiefs odds (Sunday, 1:00 p.m. ET, CBS)

Opening line

The Chargers got past Philadelphia in OT on MNF and now visit the rival Chiefs in Week 15. Kansas City opened as a 4.5-point home favorite and all eyes are on the non-throwing hand of L.A. quarterback Justin Herbert, who had to alter his snaps in Week 14. This total opened at 43.5 and dropped to 42.5 with the Chargers going run heavy with Herbert hurting.

Browns vs Bears odds (Sunday, 1:00 p.m. ET, FOX)

Opening line

The Bears dropped from the No. 1 seed in the NFC to the No. 7 spot after a tough loss at Lambeau Field on Sunday. Chicago returns home as 7.5-point home chalk to Cleveland, though many books are already down to a touchdown. The Over/Under opened at 40.5 and slipped to 39.5 points. The Browns have some notable injuries on both sides of the ball, including DB Denzel Ward and TE David Njoku.

Cardinals vs Texans odds (Sunday, 1:00 p.m. ET, FOX)

Opening line

The Texans looked locked in during their win over Kansas City on Sunday night. Houston was a touchdown favorite on the look-ahead line, but the official opener hit the board at Texans -8.5 and instantly leaped to -9.5. The total opened at 42.5 points.

Jets vs Jaguars odds (Sunday, 1:00 p.m. ET, CBS)

Opening line

Jacksonville scored a huge win over Indianapolis in Week 14 and now hosts the Jets, who will likely be without QB1 Tyrod Taylor. The Jaguars opened as 10.5-point chalk and climbed to -11.5. This Over/Under opened as high as 42.5 points at some shops, but is down to 41.5 O/U on Monday morning.

Ravens vs Bengals odds (Sunday, 1:00 p.m. ET, CBS)

Opening line

The Bengals are making life interesting in the AFC North and face the Ravens for the second time in three weeks. Baltimore opened as a 2.5-point road favorite, but the vig on the Bengals +2.5 is rising, and we could see this spread shorten up. This total is a tall one, opening at 51.5 and bouncing between that number and 52.5. Cincinnati beat Baltimore 32-14 on Thanksgiving Thursday in Week 13.

Bills vs Patriots odds (Sunday, 1:00 p.m. ET, CBS)

Opening line

A massive game in the AFC East saw the Patriots open as 1.5-point home underdogs to the Bills in Week 15. However, we’re watching this spread shrink across the industry on Monday morning, with some sportsbooks at New England -1. The total opened at 48.5 and jumped to 49.5 points.

Opening line

The Saints stunned the Bucs in Week 14 and now host the Panthers, who are fresh off a bye week. New Orleans hit the board as a 2.5-point underdog, and the vig is rising on the favorite, which means a move to a field goal could be coming. This total opened at 39.5 points.

Colts vs Seahawks odds (Sunday, 4:25 p.m. ET, CBS)

Opening line

Colts QB Daniel Jones suffered a torn Achilles in Week 14, and that leaves Indianapolis in the hands of third-string rookie Riley Leonard. The look-ahead line was Seattle -3.5, but the official opener – with Jones out – hit the board at Seahawks -9.5 and instantly jumped through the key number to -10.5. The look-ahead total was at 46.5 points, but the official O/U opened at 43.5 points.

Lions vs Rams odds (Sunday, 4:25 p.m. ET, FOX)

Opening line

The Lions and Rams have a nice non-divisional rivalry going, thanks to their quarterbacks. Matthew Stafford and L.A. opened as 4.5-point favorites in Detroit, and that spread swelled to -5.5. The Lions beat up on Dallas on Thursday and have had extra time to heal and prep for this monster NFC matchup. The total opened at 52.5 and is up to 53.5 O/U.

Titans vs 49ers odds (Sunday, 4:25 p.m. ET, FOX)

Opening line

The Titans stole a win in Cleveland and now head to Santa Clara to face the 49ers in Week 15. San Francisco is coming off a much-needed bye and opened as a 13.5-point home favorite. That number dropped to -12.5 with early opinions on the underdog. This Over/Under opened at 44.5 and has bounced between that number and 43.5 points.

Packers vs Broncos odds (Sunday, 4:25 p.m. ET, FOX)

Opening line

The Broncos opened as 2.5-point home underdogs to the Packers on Sunday afternoon. Vig on the home pup is up to -115, which could see this spread shrink later in the week. The Over/Under hit the board at 41.5 points and is up to 42.5 with play on the Over.

Vikings vs Cowboys odds (Sunday, 8:20 p.m. ET, NBC)

Opening line

The Cowboys have had a mini-bye to shake off last Thursday’s loss to the Lions. Dallas opened as a 6.5-point home chalk to the Vikings on Sunday Night Football, and the vig on the dog could see this spread get knocked down to Minnesota +6 later in the week. This Over/Under number opened at 47.5 points.

Dolphins vs Steelers odds (Monday, 8:15 p.m. ET, ESPN)

Opening line

The Dolphins have won four in a row but opened as 3.5-point road underdogs at Pittsburgh on Monday Night Football. This total opened at 42.5 points and has bounced between that number and 43.5 O/U. Miami RB De’Von Achane left Sunday’s game with a rib injury but isn’t expected to miss MNF.
