Chalk went 14-2 last week, but Sunday’s schedule features plenty of plus-value opportunities, including the Kansas City Chiefs taking down the Philadelphia Eagles at Arrowhead Stadium.
Here are my NFL picks with moneyline odds and selections for every game on the Week 2 schedule.

Expert Week 2 NFL moneyline picks
Commanders vs. Packers:
Packers (-184)
Lambeau Field was as loud as I’ve heard in years last week, and this Packers defense looked suffocating. Headlined by the addition of Micah Parsons, give me the home team on the short week.
Rams vs. Titans:
Rams (-250)
Until Titans head coach Brian Callahan develops an understanding of the modern-day NFL rules, I’ll take the combo of Sean McVay and Matthew Stafford all day in this matchup.
Seahawks vs. Steelers:
Seahawks (+126)
While the Jets had no problem moving the ball against the Steelers' "vaunted" defense, Seattle's stop unit completely shut down San Francisco in Week 1.
Sam Darnold and the Seahawks offense have nowhere to go but up after last week's pathetic showing, so expect Seattle to bounce back with a road win in the Steel City.
Bills vs. Jets:
Bills (-320)
I have real concerns about Buffalo’s defense, but as last week showed, Josh Allen can overcome anything.
Jets +7.5 is a solid bet with backdoor potential, but Allen & Co. will ultimately move to 2-0 in the Meadowlands.
Bears vs. Lions:
Bears (+210)
Take away Ben Johnson from calling plays for Detroit, and Jared Goff reverts to looking like a deer in headlights.
The Bears controlled Minnesota for three quarters before unraveling at the end, and I like Johnson to finish the job at Ford Field.
Giants vs. Cowboys:
Cowboys (-240)
Dare I say, there were encouraging signs from Dak Prescott and the Cowboys during their opening loss in Philly?
Until Russell Wilson is benched in favor of Jaxson Dart, it’s going to be hard to be bullish on the Giants’ offense keeping them in games.
Browns vs. Ravens:
Ravens (-750)
After squandering a 15-point fourth-quarter lead to Buffalo, the Ravens will take out their frustrations on the Browns.
Cleveland couldn’t cover a 20-point spread in the last head-to-head meeting between these two teams, and Joe Flacco doesn’t inspire much confidence following a two-interception performance against Cincinnati.
49ers vs. Saints:
49ers (-235)
San Francisco is once again plagued by injuries, but Kyle Shanahan has proven more than capable of game-planning around them.
New Orleans looked as feeble as advertised in its home opener against Arizona, and Robert Saleh’s defense is set to dominate from the jump.
Patriots vs. Dolphins:
Patriots (+100)
Mike Vrabel's team culture or Mike McDaniel's team culture?
Next.
Jaguars vs. Bengals:
Bengals (-176)
Don’t look now, but Cincinnati is eyeing its seventh straight win dating back to December of last year.
Jacksonville’s secondary will be easy pickings for Joe Burrow, and the Bengals are primed to outlast the Jaguars in a high-scoring affair.

Panthers vs. Cardinals:
Cardinals (-310)
If there was ever a game for Arizona’s offense to break out, it’s against Carolina.
Meanwhile, the Cardinals’ budding defense is fresh off limiting Spencer Rattler to a 70.4 passer rating, and we should see similar results against Bryce Young.
Broncos vs. Colts:
Broncos (-122)
Indy finally won a Week 1 game!
There’s a lot to like about Lou Anarumo’s new defensive system in Indy. Still, with corners Charvarius Ward (concussion) and Jaylon Jones (hamstring) both questionable for Sunday, Denver will prevail at Lucas Oil Stadium.
Eagles vs. Chiefs:
Chiefs (-106)
Jalen Carter not being suspended makes this one tight, but Patrick Mahomes has only lost back-to-back regular-season games twice in his career.
The Chiefs edge out Philly in front of a raucous Arrowhead crowd (you included, Taylor).
Falcons vs. Vikings:
Vikings (-186)
As much as I don’t believe in J.J. McCarthy, his teammates certainly do.
With Brian Flores locking down Chicago in the second half and Kevin O’Connell remaining one of the smartest coaches in the game, I can’t bet against Minnesota for a second straight week.
Buccaneers vs. Texans:
Buccaneers (+126)
Tampa Bay rookie wideout Emeka Eguka already looks like a star, and Todd Bowles will be dialing up pressure against a shaky Texans O-line that may be missing two starters.
The Bucs edge out Houston on MNF.
Chargers vs. Raiders:
Chargers (-176)
As good as Geno Smith looked against New England, the Raiders’ defense has too many holes to count.
Justin Herbert improves to 2-0 in the Madison Beer era.
