Jason Logan thinks this 46.5-point total is just a shade too high considering these teams want to keep the ball on the ground:
"With two run-centric offenses trying to grind out gains on the ground and control pace and clock, the Under holds the best value on Sunday Night Football. Indy will also have a tough time against this blitz-heavy defense from Kansas City. Mix in the potential for rainstorms, and points will be tough to come by.
That said, there can still be fireworks. Rashee Rice cashed in last week with a touchdown, and he can exploit a Colts coverage that struggles with slot receivers. On the other side, Daniel Jones will need to make plays with his legs to keep the chains moving and escape a relentless KC pass rush."

Jonathan Taylor anytime touchdown
Kenneth Walker gets a dream matchup against an Indianapolis Colts defense that let Derrick Henry torch them for 144 rushing yards and three touchdowns last week. Walker ran for 173 yards and a score against the Broncos last week, and will be relied upon as Patrick Mahomes gets comfortable under center following left knee surgery.
On the other side, I'm looking at Jonathan Taylor. Indy's pass-catching options are a bit of a crap shoot, and there's no reason to think the passing game won't look as shaky as it did in Week 1 (similar to Mahomes & Co.). Taylor ran for 98 yards and two scores against the Ravens and is the only member of the Colts I trust to find paydirt in this matchup.

Alec Pierce 40+ receiving yards
I fully expect Walker to pick up where he left off last week, and if this Colts defense plays anything like it did last week, this 80-yard mark will get cleared in no time.
I'm also aligned with Jason Logan on Daniel Jones, who will have no choice but to leave the pocket time and time again against Steve Spagnuolo's relentless pass rush. He ran for 16 yards on three carries in a meeting last season.
Lastly, I'm looking to Alec Pierce to be Jones' top WR target tonight. He caught four of six targets in Week 1 for 61 yards and is coming off his first 1,000-yard season as a pro.
