Cleveland already handed Pittsburgh a loss this season, and another tight AFC North battle looks likely Sunday at Acrisure Stadium.
Pittsburgh is a 3.5-point home favorite with a total of 38.5, but my Browns vs. Steelers prediction targets the underdog, while two player markets offer additional upside.

TOP PICK
Browns vs Steelers prediction: Browns +3.5
Cleveland Browns +3.5, playable down to +2.5, is my favorite pick in this game.
My numbers make the Pittsburgh Steelers 2-point favorites, which is pretty much the value of their home-field advantage.
According to Warren Sharp, Cleveland has a higher explosive-play differential. Pittsburgh's pass-catchers rank 22nd in average target separation, while its defense allows the worst average target separation, per NFL Pro. Meanwhile, the Browns rank second and 10th, respectively.
Plus, taking underdogs in AFC North games is one of my most profitable NFL handicapping systems. Cleveland beat Pittsburgh outright, 27-24, as a 2.5-point road underdog in Week 4. The Browns averaged more yards per play (6.0 to 5.1) and had a higher early-down success rate, per RBSDM.com.

Browns vs Steelers combo
If Cleveland is going to make Pittsburgh sweat again, I want exposure to the Browns' younger weapons along the way.
Cleveland backup RB Dylan Sampson doesn't need to take over the backfield to clear such a low rushing threshold, especially if Monken keeps using both backs. I also want Browns rookie WR KC Concepcion Jr. involved in a close divisional game because Cleveland keeps manufacturing touches for him all over the formation.
That's the script I'm chasing: The Browns stay within a field goal, Sampson picks up enough yards to cash early, and Concepcion finally turns all that usage into six points.
Give me another uncomfortable afternoon for Pittsburgh.
Browns vs Steelers combo
- Cleveland +3.5
- KC Concepcion anytime touchdown
- Dylan Sampson 10+ rushing yards
Browns vs Steelers touchdown scorer: KC Concepcion
Cleveland rookie WR KC Concepcion Jr.'s anytime touchdown prop is playable up to 25%.
The bottom line: Concepcion's usage rate is too high for him to be the team's third-highest-priced pass-catcher in this market. Concepcion leads the team in targets (45) and catches (30), and he has nine rushing attempts, too.
Pittsburgh ranks 29th in missed tackles, and Browns head coach Todd Monken is finding ways to get Concepcion the ball in space. I'm taking Concepcion's anytime touchdown prop based on his projected volume rather than previous results. He hasn't scored yet this season.
