Bulls vs Bucks prop: Josh Giddey Over 7.5 rebounds

  • Time: 4 p.m.
  • TV: FanDuel Sports Network
  • Analyst: Todd Cordell

Top pick: Josh Giddey Over 7.5 rebounds

Josh Giddey led the Chicago Bulls in rebound opportunities on opening night, and he is in a great spot to do work on the glass in a high-pace matchup against the Milwaukee Bucks.

Both teams are aiming for a bounce-back effort following double-digit opening-night losses. With Milwaukee forcing tough shots inside and the game set for an early tip-off due to the World Series schedule, Giddey's role on the boards will be crucial.

Expect Giddey to log heavy minutes and utilize his size advantage at the guard position to clear this total effortlessly.

Cordell also dishes on Tyler Herro's playmaking upside in his Bulls vs. Bucks predictions.

Knicks vs Celtics prop: Derrick White 3+ 3-pointers made

Top pick: Derrick White 3+ 3-pointers made

With both teams desperate to avoid an 0-2 hole to open the regular season, the Knicks and Celtics clash at TD Garden in their first heavyweight rivalry meeting of the 2026-27 campaign.

Derrick White remains one of Boston's most consistent perimeter threats. With New York focusing heavily on containing Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown, White will get ample clean looks from beyond the arc.

I'd be willing to trade White's 3+ 3-pointers made prop up to 55% as Boston looks to bounce back on its home floor.

Blanco backs New York on the spread in his complete Knicks vs. Celtics predictions.

Raptors vs Wizards prop: Immanuel Quickley Over 16.5 points

Top pick: Immanuel Quickley Over 16.5 points

Feel free to call Immanuel Quickley "Argus Filch," because history proves that the 27-year-old floor general despises Wizards.

Quickley averaged 23 points on 57.9% shooting and 52.9% from behind the arc across three outings last season versus Washington, which was his strongest scoring contribution against any one team he competed against at least three times.

In fact, the 20.1 points Quickley is averaging in 16 games against the Wizards for his career is his second-highest number overall, bested only by the 21.5 points he's produced against the Houston Rockets.

Perhaps most importantly, of the last eight instances Quickley has seen Washington, he's dropped at least 17 points seven times, which would notch him an Over for this prop on Friday.

Walder backs Toronto to cover as road favorites in his Raptors vs. Wizards predictions.

Pistons vs Heat prop: Cade Cunningham Over 39.5 points + rebounds + assists

  • Time: 8 p.m.
  • TV: FanDuel Sports Network
  • Analyst: Ed Scimia

Top pick: Cade Cunningham Over 39.5 points + rebounds + assists

Cunningham does a bit of everything for the Pistons. Last season, he averaged 23.9 points, 9.9 assists, and 5.5 rebounds, for an average of 39.3 PRA. That was actually down slightly from the 2024-25 season, where his PRA average peaked at 41.3.

Cunningham only went 1-for-6 from three-point range on Tuesday, but still scored 22 points while dishing out eight assists. Against a Miami team that didn't look to have a clear defensive plan in its opener, he should be able to improve on both of those numbers.

I'm backing Cunningham to get 40+ PRA at up to 52%.

Scimia also targets Davion Mitchell to dish out dimes in his Pistons vs. Heat predictions.

Mavericks vs Pacers prop: Tyrese Haliburton Over 9.5 assists

  • Time: 8 p.m.
  • TV: FanDuel Sports Network
  • Analyst: Zak Hanshew

Top pick: Tyrese Haliburton Over 9.5 assists

Tyrese Haliburton played well in his return from an Achilles tear suffered in the Finals. He logged 34 minutes and played a key role in the narrow win over New Orleans, finishing with 23 points and 12 assists.

Haliburton and the Pacers return to Gainbridge Fieldhouse, and the star guard will play his first home game since suffering the injury.

Since 2022-23, Haliburton has played 199 games, averaging 10.1 assists and handing out 10+ in 115 of them. He’s been even better at home, averaging 10.6 dimes and finishing with 10+ in 66 of 104 contests, good for a 63.5% hit rate.

With Zubac in the fold to operate as an effective screener and roll man, Hali has another strong avenue to dish assists. Facing Dallas’ Bottom-5 ranked defense and playing at home, Haliburton should cash the Over, and I’ll trade this one to 55%.

Hanshew targets Indiana on the spread in his Mavericks vs. Pacers predictions.

Rockets vs Spurs prop: Jabari Smith Jr. Over 14.5 points

  • Time: 8 p.m.
  • TV: Space City Home Network
  • Analyst: Geoff Clark

Top pick: Jabari Smith Jr. Over 19.5 points

Houston big Jabari Smith Jr.'s 15+ points prop is tradable up to 53%.

Smith scored at least 15 points in 48 of 77 regular-season games last season and cleared that mark in five of six first-round playoff games. He also opened this season with 30 points against Dallas on 11-for-17 shooting, including 4-for-8 from behind the arc.

His combination of size and shooting should keep him on the floor in this matchup. More importantly, Smith is only Houston's third scoring option, at best, which should let him benefit from the defensive attention paid to the Rockets' bigger offensive threats.

That should create plenty of clean catch-and-shoot opportunities.

See why the Under is the play for this matchup in Clark's Rockets vs. Spurs predictions.

Clippers vs Lakers prop: Luka Doncic Over 7.5 assists

  • Time: 10:30 p.m.
  • TV: Spectrum SportsNet, ClipperVision
  • Analyst: Chris Walder

Top pick: James Harden Over 8.5 assists

Since being dealt by the Dallas Mavericks, in six total looks at the Clippers, Luka Doncic has proven that sharing is caring by contributing eight assists per contest in 34.5 minutes of action as a member of the Lakers.

Of those six games, the six-time All-Star floor general toppled Friday's prop of 7.5 dimes on four occasions, reaching double digits twice.

It's a one-game sample, of course, but Doncic's usage rate of 40.1 versus Golden State just goes to show that the ball, offense, and all of head coach JJ Redick's schemes are going to continue running through the superstar as much as possible.

Doncic had long pined for a big man to work off of, and now that he has a 7-footer in Kessler at his disposal, the upside for high-digit assists on a more consistent basis has gone through the roof.

Check out why Walder backs the Purple & Gold in his Clippers vs. Lakers predictions.
