Expert NFL prop picks for Week 2

Eagles vs. Titans: DeVonta Smith 60+ receiving yards

Tennessee has allowed the sixth-highest EPA per dropback and ranked 28th in pass defense DVOA in Week 1.

Smith only caught three of his six passes last week, too, so I’m expecting a better catch rate against the Titans considering the go-to wideout caught 71.3% of his targets over the past four years.

Check out Neil Parker's full Eagles vs. Titans predictions.

Steelers vs. Patriots: Aaron Rodgers 22+ completions

Rodgers attempted 40 passes in Week 1 and finished with 24 completions, so after putting up a 75.2% adjusted completion percentage and completing 22+ passes in 12 of 16 games last year, I’m expecting him to clear this total against the Pats.

Pittsburgh has a deep collection of receiving options, and in particular, I’m expecting running backs Jaylen Warren and Rico Dowdle to be involved in the passing attack to help Rodgers pile up completions in this game.

Check out Neil Parker's full Steelers vs. Patriots predictions.

Vikings vs. Bears: Aaron Jones Over 14.5 receiving yards

Chicago might have the worst defense in the NFL, and Jones is one of the league's best receiving running backs. He didn't have a target last week, but Jones had 15+ receiving yards in seven of his 12 games last season, including once against the Bears.

Furthermore, with Mason placed on IR this week, Jones's snap count should increase. Jones should have opportunities for one-on-one matchups against Chicago's linebackers because the Bears' defensive backs will be busy dealing with Minnesota's elite WR corps.

Check out Geoff Clark's full Vikings vs. Bears predictions.

Panthers vs. Falcons: Bryce Young 1+ interceptions

While Bryce Young has progressed as a quarterback over the last four years on a number of fronts, avoiding the big mistake has not been one of them. He had a career-high 11 interceptions last season and threw a pick in the opener against Chicago as well, giving Young interceptions in three straight games.

Atlanta held Pittsburgh to 58 rushing yards in the opener and 3-for-13 on third down. A similar performance will force Young to try to make plays, and that’s when bad things can happen for the Panthers. The Falcons’ pass rush has been hit by injuries, but a deep crop of edge rushers hit Aaron Rodgers six times and pressured him 14 times in the opener.

Check out Quinn Allen's full Panthers vs. Falcons predictions.

Packers vs. Jets: Jordan Love 250+ passing yards

The Packers leaned heavily on Jordan Love in Week 1, having him throw the ball 42 times for 387 yards against the Vikings.

And while Matt LaFleur will probably try to install more balance moving forward, the passing game is clearly going to be an offensive focus for Green Bay this season, with unproven options like Marshawn Lloyd and Chris Brooks providing little confidence in the running game.

That means more usage and more yardage for Love all season long. I'm taking Love to throw for 250+ yards at 55% or less.

Check out Ed Scimia's full Packers vs. Jets predictions.

Saints vs. Ravens: Tyler Shough Under 21.5 pass completions

I'm willing to play New Orleans QB Tyler Shough's pass-completion prop down to 20.5 (47%). Granted, Shough soared Over his 21.5 pass-completion prop last week vs. Detroit, connecting on 35-of-56 passes. He has cleared his pass-completion prop in eight of his last 10 games, including five straight.

However, just like the spread, this prop price is too low. The Lions are missing their two best defensive backs, Kerby Joseph and Brian Branch, and the Ravens had the highest pressure rate in Week 1 with a league-average blitz rate. That means Baltimore can pressure Shough without sending too many defenders on the blitz

Check out Geoff Clark's full Saints vs. Ravens predictions.

Bengals vs. Texans: Dalton Schultz Over 39.5 receiving yards

Houston TE Dalton Schultz's receiving yards prop has value up to 42.5 yards. Schultz had team highs in receiving success rate (60.4%) and catches (82) last season while averaging 45.7 receiving yards per game.

Furthermore, his target share should increase this week without Collins on the field. He only caught four passes for 35 yards last week, but Schultz had eight targets. If he gets that many targets this week, Schultz should clear 50 receiving yards because the Bengals gave up the most receiving yards to opposing tight ends last season

Check out Geoff Clark's full Bengals vs. Texans predictions.

Browns vs. Buccaneers: Chris Godwin Over 3.5 receptions

Play up to 60%.

Godwin should be busy on Sunday after catching all four of his targets for 40 yards in Tampa Bay's opener. The veteran remains most comfortable working from the slot, which could be an especially favorable matchup against Cleveland.

The Browns allowed the most yards per target and fantasy points per target to slot receivers in Week 1, while Jacksonville's Parker Washington finished with five receptions for 83 yards and a touchdown. Cleveland's issues defending the middle of the field give Godwin a good opportunity to see more volume this weekend.

Expect Mayfield to look his way frequently.

Check out Quinn Allen's full Browns vs. Buccaneers predictions.

Jaguars vs. Broncos: Parker Washington 5+ receptions

Lawrence has some real weapons at his disposal now, but Parker Washington is arguably the team’s WR1, as he started this season as well as he finished the last. He caught five of six targets for 83 yards in that game and has now recorded five or more catches in five straight games. His 29% target share is an indicator of how essential he is to the offense and is more than double the share of any other pass catcher.

Check out Sam Farley's full Jaguars vs. Broncos predictions.

Raiders vs. Chargers: Justin Herbert Over 20.5 rushing yards

With the prospect of falling to 0-2 ahead of a loaded upcoming schedule, Justin Herbert has to be better – and that includes scrambling to keep drives alive.

Herbert ran for 29 yards against the Cardinals in Week 1, and he’s gone past this rushing O/U number in five of his last six outings, with 41 carries in that span.

Without a full-strength McConkey to target, count on several snaps where Herbert’s receivers are blanketed, and he has to improvise with his legs.

Check out Tom Oldfield's full Raiders vs. Chargers predictions.

Seahawks vs. Cardinals: Marvin Harrison Jr. Under 34.5 receiving yards

The lowest I'd go on the Under for Arizona wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr.'s receiving prop is 32.5 yards.

Harrison only caught one pass last week for 33 yards vs. the Los Angeles Chargers, who have a much worse secondary than Seattle. His three targets in Week 1 were the fewest of any Cardinals wideout or tight end.

Finally, as crazy as this sounds, there are too many mouths to feed in Arizona, including All-Pro TE Trey McBride, breakout wide receiver Michael Wilson, and running back Jeremiyah Love, who was selected third overall in the 2026 NFL Draft.

Check out Geoff Clark's full Seahawks vs. Cardinals predictions.

Dolphins vs. 49ers: Mike Evans 4+ receptions

The 49ers took a 24-7 lead early in the fourth quarter against the Rams in Week 1, which led to a more conservative game script down the stretch than we would have seen in a more competitive contest.

Still, Evans managed six receptions on seven targets in his San Francisco debut, proving early in the season that he is the focal point of the team's passing attack. This is tremendous value in a favorable matchup.

Playable to 60%.

Check out Nick Galaida's full Dolphins vs. 49ers predictions.

Commanders vs. Cowboys: Terry McLaurin 50+ receiving yards

McLaurin drew only four balls in Week 1, catching two for just 14 yards versus Philadelphia.

The Eagles presented a tougher challenge than this Cowboys secondary, which comes into Week 2 without starting safety Malik Hooker

McLaurin has gone for at least 50 yards in six straight matchups with Dallas and racked up 50+ in nine of 12 career meetings. Week 2 projections all sit north of 50 yards, with most at 60+ and my number at 63.

Check out Jason Logan's full Commanders vs. Cowboys predictions.

Colts vs. Chiefs: Daniel Jones 10+ rushing yards

As mentioned, Jones was under fire from the Baltimore defense in the opener. Despite all that pressure, Jones ran only one time for four yards.

He’s a sneaky-fast quarterback who broke away for at least 10 rushing yards in five of his 13 starts last year, including 16 yards on three carries versus Kansas City in Week 12. He was also playing hurt in most of those starts.

On top of running away from the Chiefs' pass rush on Sunday night, Jones often gets his number called on short-yardage situations.

His Week 1 rushing total was 10.5 O/U, and his projections sat as high as 21 yards. After that lone carry versus Baltimore, this market is shrinking, but forecasts still sit north of 10 rushing yards, with a ceiling of reaching 21. My number comes out to finishing with 18+ on the ground.

Giants vs. Rams: Jaxson Dart 30+ rushing yards

Jaxson Dart isn't getting his rushing upside priced properly. He scrambled five times last week and added three designed runs for 54 yards. He also had three kneel-downs and lost five total yards, all in a game where he led wire-to-wire.

Now he'll likely be playing from behind, increasing his passing rate, which should, in turn, increase his scrambling chances. He also likely won't lose five yards on kneel-downs as a touchdown underdog.

The projections at Covers are calling for 37.6 rushing yards and Dart to be the third-most active QB rusher in Week 2 at 7.2 carries.
