The Brooklyn Nets will be in Orlando on Tuesday as they take on the Magic, and both teams are heading in opposite directions in the NBA odds. The Magic have the easiest remaining schedule in the Association and can win the Southeast division, while the Nets recently fired their head coach and are nowhere near even making the Play-In Tournament.
If the Magic are going to win the Southeast division, they will need All-Star Paolo Banchero to be healthy tonight.

Here are a few points to consider as the Orlando Magic face the Brooklyn Nets...
Paulo Banchero's availability for the Magic is uncertain after sitting out Sunday's game against the Hawks due to illness. However, he participated in the shootaround, and Banchero tends to only miss games when it's absolutely necessary.
The Nets are transitioning from playing under Jacque Vaughn to Kevin Ollie as their new head coach, but one thing remains the same: their best offensive weapons are on the perimeter. Nic Claxton isn't someone you're going to dump the ball to in the post; he's more of a lob threat. The bulk of their offense is going to come from their perimeter players in Dennis Schroder, Mikal Bridges, Cameron Johnson, and Lonnie Walker.
The pressure will be on the Magic's perimeter defense, and it's why I would expect to see Jalen Suggs receive elevated minutes on Tuesday against the Nets.
Not only is the matchup in his favor for minutes, but two players who can take away Suggs' minutes are also battling injuries. Markelle Fultz is coming off the bench with limited minutes, and Jonathan Isaac is out for the Magic.
I looked at several of Suggs' props, and I believe his assists prop offers the biggest edge in pricing. This is all being priced with Banchero playing as well, but there is still the off chance that Banchero doesn't play, and Suggs' assists prop catches an extra boost here. Granted it was against Atlanta, but in Sunday's game without Banchero, Suggs was able to be on the ball a lot more and run the pick-and-roll, which resulted in six assists.
Suggs is projected to have 2.9 assists on Tuesday against the Nets. This allows us to price the Over 2.5 assists at -122, however, it is actually available at +108.
Even if Banchero does play for the Magic, I like this prop for Suggs because of the chance for elevated minutes due to his defensive responsibilities.

I'm pairing the Over for Suggs' assists prop with Wendell Carter Jr. to have Over 1.5 threes made. Carter's stroke has looked good in the last couple of games from beyond the arc, and he is shooting 41.9% from deep on the season.
If Suggs is going to hit the Over on his assists prop, someone will have to make shots from deep, and Carter often finds himself as the corner man when Suggs receives the ball from Banchero or Franz Wagner. If Carter is going to knock down some threes, this would go a long way in helping him get Over the 11.5 points.
Against the Hawks, we saw Suggs find Carter for some lobs, which is also a big reason why I'm pairing these props together.

Nets vs Magic spread and Over/Under analysis
The Magic opened as a 6.5-point favorite at FanDuel and are now trading at -9. The steam has been on the Magic, which makes me believe that Banchero's presence at shootaround means he is playing.
The total opened at 215 and has dropped to 212.5 at DraftKings. We saw the total continue to fall following the announcement that Cam Thomas would be out for the Nets on Tuesday, as the shooting guard is one of the best scorers on the Nets.
