Bobby McMann is one of the offensive engines for the Seattle Kraken (52%), but he doesn't necessarily have the production to show for it.
My Kraken vs. Flames prediction expects that to change tonight against a struggling Dustin Wolf.
Let's take a closer look at my full slate of NHL picks for Friday, Oct. 30.
Kraken vs Flames prediction: Seattle Kraken moneyline
I'm on the Seattle Kraken to 55%.
They may not be loaded with marquee names, but they play fast and score goals, ranking third in 5-on-5 efficiency and 11th on the power play.
The Calgary Flames are 30th in goals against per game, and that's with Devin Cooley, who owns a .914 save percentage, getting the bulk of the starts.
Dustin Wolf is the guy with Cooley on the sidelines, and that doesn't bode well for Calgary in this matchup.
Of the 50 goaltenders to appear in at least five games, Wolf ranks 49th with -1.4 Goals Saved Above Expected per 60 minutes.

Kraken vs Flames combo
Wolf has allowed three or more goals in five of his six starts. The only exception came against a Ducks team missing star forwards Cutter Gauthier and Troy Terry, leaving an already top-heavy team even thinner.
Seattle's fifth-ranked scoring offense should cause Wolf problems, and the top line is likely to do the damage.
Bobby McMann is the team's best shot generator, while Jordan Eberle leads the Kraken in primary assists. They play together at 5-on-5 and on the power play, making them a highly correlated duo worth backing.

TOP PICK
Kraken vs Flames player prop: Bobby McMann Over 0.5 points
McMann is playable for a point to 54%.
He's Seattle's most consistent shooting threat, leading the team in both shot attempts and shots on goal.
He skates on the top line alongside Matty Beniers and Eberle, as well as on the No. 1 power-play unit. That's excellent usage.
McMann's line is likely to see plenty of Calgary's top unit, and that's a big plus. The Flames' top line has played at a very fast pace and allowed a whopping 3.8 xGA per 60 minutes at 5-on-5.
McMann and Seattle's top unit should get plenty of quality looks, and I like him to break through against the struggling Wolf.
Kraken vs Flames goal scorer: Bobby McMann
Playable to 35%.
McMann has averaged 3.8 shots on goal in five matchups against bottom-12 shot-suppression teams, well above his overall average of 2.6 per game.
He's taken advantage of softer defenses, including the Flames. McMann has totaled nine shots on 14 attempts across two head-to-head meetings this season, finding the back of the net in one of them.
Given McMann's high shooting volume and Wolf's struggles, he's a prime candidate to score tonight.
