Seahawks vs Rams prediction

Seahawks vs Rams Best bet: Sam Darnold Over 1.5 passing TDs (-106)

The Seattle Seahawks are riding a four-game winning streak, and that wouldn’t be possible without the play of Sam Darnold. While the RB room stole the show in a huge win over the Arizona Cardinals in Week 10, Darnold has put together several impressive performances during this unbeaten run.

He’s actually cashed the Over in touchdowns in three of his last five, throwing for four TDs in a 38-14 smashing of the Washington Commanders on November 2. Overall, the quarterback has 17 touchdowns in nine games this season.

The Los Angeles Rams may be a strong team, but they don’t have an elite secondary. LA is 19th in most passing yards allowed and ninth in most rushing yards allowed, which means the Seahawks will likely be throwing the ball more than running it.

That means a clear opportunity for Darnold to find his targets in the end zone.

Seahawks vs Rams same-game parlay

The Rams are also scorching hot at the moment, winning four straight. You can thank Matthew Stafford for a lot of that success. He’s throwing for 280+ yards in back-to-back games, but more importantly, the signal-caller has thrown eight touchdowns between Weeks 9 and 10.

Stafford had four TDs on November 2 against the New Orleans Saints and then four last weekend against the San Francisco 49ers. Also, on October 19, before San Fran’s bye week, Stafford threw for another five touchdowns. He’ll bring his best against a divisional foe.

Puka Nacua is one of Stafford’s most important weapons, and although he’s missed time through injury, the numbers are still solid. Nacua has 66 receptions for 775 yards and four touchdowns across eight games.

The wideout has touchdowns in two consecutive appearances, and he has one TD in three meetings with the Seahawks in his career, which includes 16 catches for 200 yards.

Seahawks vs Rams SGP

  • Sam Darnold Over 1.5 passing TDs
  • Matthew Stafford Over 2.5 passing TDs
  • Puka Nacua anytime TD

Our big-ticket SGP: Production at its finest

Jaxson Smith-Njigba has cashed the Over in receptions in four of his last five games, reeling in eight catches apiece in those games. Davante Adams is coming off a six-catch performance against the 49ers, and Seattle’s pass defense is 20th in yards allowed.

Seahawks vs Rams SGP

  • Sam Darnold Over 1.5 passing TDs
  • Matthew Stafford Over 2.5 passing TDs
  • Puka Nacua anytime TD
  • Jaxon Smith-Njigba Over 7.5 receptions
  • Davante Adams Over 5.5 receptions

Seahawks vs Rams game predictions

Seahawks vs Rams moneyline prediction

The Rams head into this clash as a heavy -178 moneyline favorite at home. While Seattle won last season’s meeting, LA had grabbed three straight victories before that. The Rams are 3-1 at home, but the Seahawks are a perfect 4-0 on the road this season. Both teams are playing great football, but Seattle’s unbeaten run away from Lumen Field is enough for me to ride them as a +150 underdog.

Seahawks vs Rams spread prediction

The spread is set at just three points. I do expect this to be a close one, and Seattle will cover. They’re 7-2-0 ATS this season, and the one time they were an underdog of at least three points in 2025, the Seahawks covered the spread.

Seahawks vs Rams Over/Under prediction

We have two high-octane offenses here, both ranking within the top five of the NFL in scoring. That’s why the total is set at 48.5 points. The Over has cashed in six of Seattle’s nine games this season, but the Rams have hit the Under in three of their last four. These two clubs are also top five in fewest points allowed, and the Under has cashed in three of the previous four meetings. Hammer the Under.

Seahawks vs Rams odds

  • Spread: Seahawks +2.5 | Rams -2.5
  • Moneyline: Seahawks +120 | Rams -140
  • Over/Under: Over 48.5 | Under 48.5
