Who will win Giants vs Rams?

Trevor Knapp is 8-7 in his NFL moneyline picks article for Week 2 and is siding with the Los Angeles Rams to win.

Our prediction: Rams to win — Yes (74%)

Sean McVay’s team has won 72% of the time following a loss, and they’ve only started a season 0-2 once under McVay.

The preseason Super Bowl favorites will have a tough pill to swallow with Myles Garrett sidelined for the next while, but Aaron Donald’s much-anticipated return should help soften the blow.

LA’s unorthodox travel plans to Australia completely blew up in their face, but there’s no reason to panic ahead of the Rams’ home opener.

Monday Night Football spread prediction

Outcome Yes probability No probability
Colts Giants (+6.5) 49% 52%

Our prediction: Rams -6.5 — No (49%)

Chris Vasile is backing the Giants to cover the spread in his NFL ATS picks for Week 3.

The Rams deserve a chance to bounce back after that ugly opener in Australia, but 6.5 points feels like too many.

The Giants just beat Dallas 28-20 and moved the ball extremely well doing it. Now they're facing a Rams defense with some serious questions. Myles Garrett is headed to IR, Aaron Donald's status is still up in the air, and Los Angeles gave up 174 rushing yards and three passing touchdowns against San Francisco.

The Rams also have to come all the way back from Australia and reset for Week 2. There are just too many reasons for me to grab the 6.5 with New York.

Monday Night Football total prediction

Outcome Yes probability No probability
Under 48.5 48% 53%

Market lean: Over 48.5 — No (53%)

Josh Inglis is taking the Under for tonight's game, as highlighted in his Giants vs. Rams predictions.

I know an Under to wrap up Week 2 isn't getting the blood flowing, but look at what happened to the New York Giants last Sunday night. Dallas and New York combined to go 17-for-22 on third down and scored on all seven of their combined red-zone trips. That game went Over by a half-point on its closing total of 47.5. There is a reason 48.5 is on the other side of a key number.

Monday Night Football player props

Rushing prop: Blake Corum 50+ rushing yards — Yes (46%)

Jason Logan loved what he saw from Blake Corum in Week 1 and is backing him to repeat the success on MNF.

"Blake Corum was one of the few highlights for the Rams in Week 1, rushing 10 times for 54 yards.

Corum got just 23% of snaps vs. San Francisco, but there’s a good chance that ticks up in Week 2.

Both head coach Sean McVay and offensive coordinator Nate Scheelhaase praised Corum’s efforts heading into Monday Night Football. That trust from the play-callers and a run-positive game script work in Corum’s favor Monday.

His forecasts range from 46 to 67 rushing yards, with my projection at 57+ yards from the Rams RB2."

Passing yards prop: Matthew Stafford 225+ passing yards — Yes (54%)

Matthew Stafford couldn’t get going in the Los Angeles Rams' Week 1 trip to Australia but gets to come home to face a softer New York Giants secondary in Week 2.

New York may have limited Dak Prescott and the Dallas passing attack to 175 yards, but that had more to do with the Giants’ offense hogging the ball and eating up all the TOP.

Advanced metrics tell a different tale, with New York 28th in EPA allowed per dropback in Week 1. New York’s secondary is already missing bodies, and starting CB Deonte Banks is questionable after not practicing Friday.

Check out Jason Logan's full Giants vs. Rams props for his complete breakdown.

Giants anytime touchdown prop: Isaiah Likely — Yes (25%)

Inglis is expecting another big game from Isaiah Likely after his Week 1 masterclass.

Isaiah Likely was the cash converter last week and a huge part of the New York Giants' offense, keeping pace with Malik Nabers in usage and volume.

Despite that, his TD price has not moved, which I don't mind at all. I understand it's the Los Angeles Rams, but they are just getting back from Australia and looked awful defending the pass in Week 1.

Likely had four targets in the red zone and finished with two TDs. No other TE or WR had more than three RZ catches in Week 1. Likely is the No. 2 in this passing game and is a green light for a TD buy at 3x or better right now.

Giants vs Rams live markets explained

Kalshi event contracts can be bought and sold as the Giants vs. Rams unfolds, meaning traders aren't necessarily locked into their original pregame position.

The probabilities will move throughout the game as the score, time remaining, possession, and game state change.

How do Giants vs Rams prediction markets work?

Kalshi is a federally regulated U.S. exchange where users trade directly on the outcome of real-world future events. Instead of traditional bets, users trade event contracts based on simple Yes/No questions such as "Will the Giants beat the Rams?"

Contract prices reflect the market's estimated probability of an outcome. A contract trading at 23%, for example, indicates that the market is assigning that outcome roughly a 23% chance of occurring. If the prediction is correct, the contract settles at $1; if it is incorrect, it settles at $0.

How does Kalshi differ from sportsbooks?

At a traditional sportsbook, bettors wager against prices established by the bookmaker. Kalshi instead operates as an exchange, with users trading event contracts against other market participants.

Another major difference is the ability to exit a position before an event is finished. If the probability of your Giants vs. Rams position increases during the game, you can sell the contract rather than waiting for the final result.

Why trade Giants vs Rams at Kalshi?

Kalshi offers several features that distinguish prediction markets from traditional pro football betting:

  1. Live flexibility: Contracts can be bought and sold as market probabilities change throughout the game.

  2. Probability-based pricing: Markets display the estimated likelihood of an outcome rather than traditional American odds.

  3. Transparency: Prices are driven by trading activity between market participants.

  4. Federal regulation: Kalshi operates as a CFTC-regulated exchange.
