The Jacksonville Jaguars look to finish up a strong November when they travel to Nashville on Sunday for a rivalry showdown with the Tennessee Titans.
There’s no love lost between these two franchises, but they’re going in opposite directions. The Titans have lost 10 of 11 this season, while the Jaguars have pulled within a game of the Colts in the AFC South after winning three of four.

Jaguars vs Titans Best bet: Cam Ward Over 13.5 rushing yards (-114)
There was a very interesting piece on ESPN this week discussing how much film work Tennessee Titans quarterback Cam Ward put in during their Week 10 bye. One of the primary things he focused on was utilizing his legs to extend plays or to turn negative plays into positive ones.
And it’s paid immediate dividends for the rookie quarterback. Before the bye, Ward had rushed for no more than six yards in his previous five games.
Since then? Three runs for 33 yards against the Texans, and 37 yards on six runs against the Seahawks.
The Jacksonville Jaguars have terrorized quarterbacks over their last four games, with an absurd 113 pressures leading to 13 sacks. They picked up 45 of those pressures last week against the Cardinals, and now face a Titans offensive line that has allowed the second-highest sack rate in the NFL.
That high-pressure rate has led to scrambling opportunities. Jacoby Brissett ran three times for 20 yards last week. That comes after Justin Herbert ran for 21 yards and Davis Mills picked up 20 on the ground in Jacksonville’s previous two outings.
Jacksonville’s run defense is very good, and Ward is likely to find himself behind the chains quite often — especially with how much the Titans get penalized. Add in the fact that the Jaguars are likely to have the lead, and he’s going to be in situations where he will need to tuck it and run.
The combination of factors has me all over Ward’s rushing total of 13.5 yards, which is quite low given the situation. I not only expect him to easily clear that, but I’ll be playing Ward’s alternate rushing totals up to 25 yards, which pays at a handsome +280 at FanDuel.

Jaguars vs Titans same-game parlay
In his three games with the Jaguars, Jakobi Meyers has become a safety valve for Trevor Lawrence. He’s caught 12 of his 15 targets, with five of those catches going for first downs, and has six targets in each of his last two games.
Meyers has 4+ catches in eight of his 10 games this season, and will be running routes against a Tennessee secondary allowing the third-highest completion rate in the NFL.
The Jaguars are playing their fourth game of five on the road, and they’ve yet to lose ATS this season as a favorite with three wins and a push.
The Titans aren’t scoring many points, and are allowing way too many. As long as this spread sits under a touchdown, I’m backing the Jaguars to cover the number and continue putting pressure on the Colts for the AFC South lead.

Both of these teams have been ATMs when it comes to betting the Over. It’s cashed in four of Tennessee’s last five games, and in seven of the last 10. Additionally, the Jaguars have seen the game go north of the total in all five of their true road games this year.
Ward will find some success against this porous Jacksonville secondary, and could be good value to help the Titans post some garbage-time numbers. On the flip side, the Titans allow more than three touchdowns per game on average, thanks to one of the worst defenses in the league.
The total feels too low, and the return of Brandon Strange will give the Jaguars a big boost both in the passing game and as a run blocker. I can see them putting up 28+ on their own to help hit the Over yet again.
