All eyes are on the AFC South this Sunday as the Indianapolis Colts and Jacksonville Jaguars meet to decide who gets the top spot heading into next week.
Both teams are 8-4, but the Jags have won three straight and have all the momentum on their side.
Our Colts vs. Jaguars predictions expect Liam Coen’s team to get the win they desire.

Colts vs Jaguars prediction
Colts vs Jaguars Best bet: Jaguars moneyline (-104)
We’ve seen a lot of inconsistency from the Jacksonville Jaguars this season across the board. That goes from Trevor Lawrence, who has shown glimpses of why he was taken first overall, followed by some truly brain-dead plays from the rest of the team.
Meanwhile, Brian Thomas Jr. doesn’t look anything like last season’s star wideout. However, we’ve seen them really gel in recent weeks; they’ve picked up four wins in the past five games, and Liam Coen’s hard work is really paying off.
This improvement for the Jaguars is coming at the worst possible time for the Indianapolis Colts, who are stuttering as we hit the business end of the season.
The Colts have picked up just one win in the past four, but Jonathan Taylor has gone from unstoppable to inconsistent, while Daniel Jones has begun to show some of the errors that cost him the starting job in New York.
Jacksonville is also stingy against the run, which will put more pressure on Jones to win the game with his arm. The Jaguars are on home soil, flying high, and have the playoffs in their sights.

Colts vs Jaguars same-game parlay
As well as our best bet for Colts vs Jaguars, we’re taking Travis Etienne Jr. to score. The Jacksonville running back is dangerous both on the ground and in the passing game, and with four touchdowns in as many games, he's the main threat here.
We’re finishing off by backing Tyler Warren to eclipse 51.5 receiving yards. Only three teams have surrendered more yardage to tight ends than the Jaguars, and the Colts' rookie has broken the 52-yard mark in seven of 12 games this season.
Colts vs Jaguars SGP
- Jaguars moneyline
- Travis Etienne Jr. anytime touchdown
- Tyler Warren Over 51.5 receiving yards
Our big-ticket SGP: Strange Magic!
Our Colts vs Jaguars big-ticket same-game parlay has Brenton Strange finding the end zone. The tight end returned from injury in Week 12 and, since then, has had nine targets and a touchdown.
Finally, we’re backing Jonathan Taylor to finish Under 93.5 rushing yards. It’s a big number and one he’s covered just once in the past four weeks. That’s bad news, given that nobody has allowed fewer rushing yards than the Jags, who have given up an average of 82.4 this season.
Colts vs Jaguars SGP

- Tyler Warren Over 51.5 receiving yards
- Brenton Strange anytime touchdown
