USC has a chance to shake up the CFP rankings with a win over Oregon this weekend, and our Week 13 ATS picks think they can at least keep things close in Eugene.

Oregon hosts USC in perhaps the most meaningful game on the Week 13 slate, the winner gaining a huge advantage in playoff position discussions.

I pick a side in that Big Ten battle and a handful of other showdowns in my Week 13 ATS college football picks below.

Expert Week 13 CFB ATS picks

Missouri vs Oklahoma (-7.5): Oklahoma Oklahoma -7.5

There's only so much you can expect from a backup quarterback on the road against this Oklahoma defense. The Sooners have covered in three of their last four.

USC vs Oregon (-9.5): USC USC +9.5

A bet on USC in this game is a bet against Oregon's health. The Ducks are simply missing too many key contributors to roll in a game of this stature.

Arkansas vs Texas (-9.5): Texas Texas -9.5

Arkansas is 0-6 in SEC play, and while many of those games have been tight, I'm betting on the Longhorns to be sharp at home with their playoff hopes hanging by a thread.

Michigan (-13.5) vs Maryland: Maryland Maryland +13.5

For as flawed as Maryland is, Indiana is the only team to go into SECU Stadium and win by 2+ touchdowns. On the other hand, Michigan hasn't won by more than 11 on the road and will surely prioritize the Ohio State game if the win is in hand late.

Pittsburgh vs Georgia Tech (-2.5): Georgia Tech Georgia Tech -2.5

This is a massive game in the ACC, and I'm happy to lay the number below a field goal with Haynes King & Co. after the Panthers got worked at home by Notre Dame last week.

Tennessee (-3.5) vs Florida: Tennessee Tennessee -3.5

You never quite know what you're getting with Florida, and while they've been much better at home, I'm more inclined to trust Tennessee's offense in this spot.

BYU (-2.5) vs Cincinnati: BYU BYU -2.5

The wheels have fallen off for the Bearcats, who got boatraced at Utah two weeks ago before falling to Arizona at home last week. BYU will find a way to win, as it so often does.
