Celtics vs. Magic prop: Jayson Tatum Over 6.5 assists

Player prop: Jayson Tatum Over 6.5 assists

Jayson Tatum's assist line sits at 6.5, and Boston's offense runs through him. He is sporting a 32% usage rate, his highest in four seasons, and his 36.3% assist percentage is easily the highest mark of his career.

The production backs it up. Tatum has reached 7+ assists in four of five games this season while averaging a career-high 7.8 dimes. Zak Hanshew is happy to take the Over up to 55% in his Celtics vs. Magic predictions.

Nets vs. Pacers prop: Pascal Siakam Over 24.5 points

Player prop: Pascal Siakam Over 24.5 points

Indiana will be without Tyrese Haliburton and Ivica Zubac, and possibly Obi Toppin (questionable) and Aaron Nesmith (day-to-day). That's a combined 58.4 points per game, and the scoring has to come from somewhere. Pascal Siakam leads the team at 22.2 points a night.

Siakam had a rough shooting game against Miami on Friday, going 3-of-6 from three, and he should be looking to bounce back against a weak Nets defense. He scored 21 against Brooklyn in last week's game. Shawn Krest backs him in his Nets vs. Pacers predictions.

Raptors vs. Lakers prop: Austin Reaves Under 22.5 points

  • Time: 9 p.m. ET
  • TV: Spectrum SportsNet, Sportsnet
  • Analyst: Chris Walder

Player prop: Austin Reaves Under 22.5 points

Austin Reaves opened the season scorching hot, contributing 26.5 points and shooting better than 57% from three through the Lakers' first four outings. He has cooled off considerably over his last two appearances, averaging more turnovers (eight) than made shots (7.5) while burying just 16.7% of his 3-point attempts and scoring 18.5 points in 34 minutes.

Reaves will snap out of the funk sooner or later, but doing so against a resolute Raptors defense may be asking too much on this night. Chris Walder plays the Under up to 65% in his Raptors vs. Lakers predictions.
