Two teams trending in opposite directions collide Saturday night at Chase Center, as the Magic look to snap a three-game skid while halting the Warriors' six-game winning streak.

The Orlando Magic aim to reverse a three-game slide against a Golden State Warriors team that's now rattled off six straight victories after opening the season with three consecutive losses.

My Magic vs. Warriors prediction backs Golden State continuing its recent dominant ways and validating its status as home favorites.

Tip-off is set for 8:30 p.m. ET at Chase Center, with the Warriors listed as 5.5-point home favorites.

 TOP PICK
Magic vs Warriors prediction: Warriors -5.5

The Golden State Warriors have won six straight and have done so by an average margin of 12.8 points. The Dubs also have an ATS +/- of +7.9 points at home, while the Magic is sitting at a -1.8 ATS +/- on the road.

Golden State is also on a seven-game winning streak against the spread and has won 12 of its last 13 home games against the Orlando Magic with an average margin of 14.2 points in the last five, and the Warriors are an unblemished 5-0 ATS after win this season with the league's second-highest ATS +/- (+11.1 points) in that split.

I would play the Warriors spread up to -6.5.

Covers COVERS INTEL: The Warriors have covered the spread in each of their last seven games and following each of their last five straight-up wins as well.

Magic vs Warriors combo

The Warriors enter Saturday undefeated against the spread in the last seven games, and Golden State has also covered after each of its last five straight-up wins.

The Magic also checks in surrendering the fourth-most first-half points per game (60.4) while averaging the sixth fewest in that split (54.0). The Warriors rank just outside the top 10 of the league in first-half point prevention at home, conceding 55.2 points per half in that split.

Then, Anthony Black, who's put up 17 points or more in three of his first five games, is facing a Warriors squad that's given up 50.9% shooting, including 38.8% from 3-point range, to shooting guards.

Magic vs Warriors player props

Magic player prop: Anthony Black 15+ points

Black has gone for 17 or more points in three of his first five games and is shooting 50.0% overall, including a blistering 45.5% from behind the arc.

He also has a 22.4% usage rate and is averaging 19.3 points per 36 minutes with the sidelined Paolo Banchero off the floor so far this season.

Meanwhile, the Warriors come in ranked No. 28 in offensive efficiency rating surrendered to shooting guards, which have also lit them up for the third-most points (27.8) on 50.9% shooting.

Warriors player prop: Yaxel Lendeborg 30+ points + rebounds + assists

Yaxel Lendeborg is averaging 32.2 PRA overall in his first nine games while shooting 49.2%, including 39.6% from 3-point range.

The rookie wing is at an even better 33.7 PRA with a 41.3% success rate from deep in the last seven, and he'd be due for a bump in rebounding and assist opportunities if Draymond Green (elbow) sits out as looks likely.

Lendeborg sports a 26.5% usage rate and is averaging 35.2 PRA per 36 minutes with Green off the floor, and the Magic are also giving up the fourth-highest shooting percentage (49.2) to Lendeborg's small forward position.
