Game 2 of the series between the Toronto Blue Jays and the Seattle Mariners takes place tonight from T-Mobile Park.

Neither team has received reliable pitching and has been putting up strong numbers offensively. I expect that to continue as my Blue Jays predictions take a hard look at the Over tonight.

Blue Jays predictions for May 10

Today’s Blue Jays best bet: Runs galore in Seattle

Over 7.5 (-133 at BetVictor)

The Toronto Blue Jays have been significantly better offensively over the last two weeks, averaging three or more runs in nine consecutive games, averaging 4.88 runs per game.

They're patient at the plate, with a Bottom 5 strikeout rate and an on-base percentage of .315 this season. This should bode well against a young pitcher still trying to establish himself in the big leagues.

Seattle's Logan Evans is 1-1 on the season but is coming off an outing where he allowed six runs on 11 hits.

Meanwhile, the Seattle Mariners' bread and butter this season has been their offense. The Mariners have a WRC+ of 124 this season, which ranks second in the MLB. They’ve hit 51 homers and possess the best walk rate in all of baseball (11.1%), resulting in 5.13 runs per game.

Additionally, the Over is 5-1 in the last six meetings between these teams. Furthermore, the Over is 16-4 over the past 20 games combined between the Jays and Mariners as both teams have been hitting well, but have struggled to receive dependable pitching.

Today’s Blue Jays same-game parlay (SGP)

Over 7.5

Guerrero Over 0.5 hits

Francis Over 2.5 earned runs

Vladimir Guerrero Jr. has cashed this bet in 11 straight games, boasting a .349 BA.

Bowden Francis has exceeded this total in four of five starts, and with the Mariners' ability to hit the ball hard, it’s a tough matchup for the Jays starter.
