NFL Week 16 odds open with one of the best contests of the year as the Seattle Seahawks look to enact a bit of revenge over the Los Angeles Rams on Thursday Night Football.

Week 16 also features a pair of Saturday games, with the Philadelphia Eagles (-5.5) at the Washington Commanders, followed by an NFC North showdown between the Green Bay Packers (-2.5) and Chicago Bears, in a game with serious playoff implications.

Sunday night sends the New England Patriots to play the Baltimore Ravens and Monday wraps with the San Francisco 49ers facing the Indianapolis Colts and ageless QB Philip Rivers.

Opening line

Los Angeles opened as a 1.5-point road favorite for this Thursday showdown in the NFC West. The Rams could be without WR Davante Adams, who left Week 15 with a hamstring injury. The Over/Under opened at 46.5 points and quickly slimmed to 44.5 O/U. The extended forecast for Lumen Field is calling for rain and wind gusts up to 20 mph on TNF.

Eagles vs Commanders odds (Saturday, 5:00 p.m. ET, FOX)

Opening line

Philadelphia opened as a 5.5-point road chalk in Washington and some books are up to the key number of six. The Eagles hope to get OT Lane Johnson and DT Jalen Carter back in the trenches for Week 16 but the short week for this Saturday game makes it a smaller window for recovery. This total hit the board at 44.5 points.

Packers vs Bears odds (Saturday, 8:20 p.m. ET, FOX)

Opening line

The Packers are in rough shape for this Saturday game, having lost star pass rusher Micah Parsons to a torn ACL. Additionally, WR1 Christian Watson is questionable after leaving Week 15’s loss at Denver with a rib injury. Green Bay opened as a 2.5-point favorite in Chicago, but those ailments have knocked this spread down to -1.5. The Over/Under opened at 45.5 and jumped to 46.5 points.

Opening line

After a crazy comeback win at New England, the Bills stay on the road as 10.5-point favorites at Cleveland in Week 16. Some books have dropped this line to Buffalo -10. You’ll want to keep an eye on the status of the Browns’ offensive line, which has multiple starters missing time. This Over/Under opened at 41.5 and has bounced as high as 43.5 before coming back to 42.5.

Chiefs vs Titans odds (Sunday, 1:00 p.m. ET, CBS)

Opening line

Patrick Mahomes’ torn ACL was salt in the wound for the Chiefs in Week 15, with Kansas City’s loss to L.A. officially eliminating the defending AFC champs from the playoffs. With backup QB Gardner Minshew under center, the Chiefs opened as 4.5-point favorites at Tennessee and have slimmed to -3.5 overnight (the look-ahead was KC -11.5 before Week 15). The Titans have multiple holes in the secondary, losing three safeties to injury on Sunday. The total hit the board at 38.5 and dropped to 37.5 O/U.

Opening line

The Saints are marching with back-to-back wins and open as 4.5-point home favorites versus the Jets in Week 16. New Orleans could be down its top two running backs for Week 16, with both Alvin Kamara and Devin Neal dealing with injuries. This total opened at 39.5 and is up to 40.5 points.

Opening line

The Chargers knocked Kansas City out of playoff contention in a big Week 15 win and now travel to Dallas in Week 16. This spread has bounced around, opening with L.A. as a 1.5-point underdog, then jumping the fence to Bolts -1.5 before coming back to the original line. This Over/Under opened at 49.5.

Opening line

Week 16 presents a huge game in the NFC South, with the Buccaneers visiting the Panthers in a battle atop the division. This total opened at 45.5 points, and we’re seeing juice on the Over hint at a possible rise in the number later in the week.

The Cardinals have ailments all over the offense, with missing pieces in pass protection and RB Bam Knight leaving Week 15’s loss to Houston with an ankle injury. The total opened at 45.5 and climbed to 46.5 O/U.

Opening line

The Texans are rolling toward a spot in the playoffs and welcome the Raiders to NRG Stadium in Week 16, laying more than a touchdown as 14.5-point faves. Las Vegas could have backup QB Kenny Pickett back under center this Sunday. The Over/Under opened at 37.5 points.

The total opened at 46.5 points.
