The Tennessee Titans kick off their 2025 home slate on Sunday afternoon when they host the Los Angeles Rams.

For my Rams vs. Titans predictions, I’m backing L.A. running back Kyren Williams to punch in a touchdown. Read on for the best NFL picks on Sunday, September 14.

Rams vs Titans prediction

Rams vs Titans Best bet: Kyren Williams anytime touchdown (-180)

The Los Angeles Rams stayed true to their name last season, ramming the ball down the throats of their opposition to the tune of 16 touchdowns by running back Kyren Williams.

Williams scored 14 of those on the ground with two more through the air for as many scores as games played last season.

Williams was consistent in finding the end zone as well, scoring a touchdown in 12 of 16 regular-season contests and then one in two postseason games. He kept that up in Week 1 by scoring the Rams’ first touchdown of the game.

The Tennessee Titans allowed a rushing touchdown to J.K. Dobbins last week, which isn’t anything new for them. Tennessee saw running backs score against it in 12 of 17 games last season.

We’re paying a bit of juice here for Williams to score at -180, but that implies a probability of 64.29% when the running back has scored in 14 of his last 19 (73.68%) games.

Rams vs Titans same-game parlay

The Titans allowed a combined 133 yards on 22 carries to running backs RJ Harvey and J.K. Dobbins last week.

While Williams only recorded 66 yards on the ground in the season opener, the Rams should be able to build a lead and let their back do some work in the second half, and cover the spread to boot.

Rams vs Titans SGP

  • Kyren Williams anytime touchdown
  • Kyren Williams Over 75.5 rushing yards
  • Rams -5.5

Our big-ticket SGP: Adams to the House!

Davante Adams only had four catches in his Rams debut, but he was targeted eight times. Los Angeles should be looking to get its offseason acquisition the ball once again with a chance to score.

Rams vs Titans SGP

  • Kyren Williams anytime touchdown
  • Kyren Williams Over 75.5 rushing yards
  • Davante Adams anytime touchdown
  • Davante Adams Over 5.5 receptions
  • Rams -5.5

Rams vs Titans game predictions

Rams vs Titans moneyline prediction

The Rams have to be the play at -255. The Titans may surprise some people at some point this season, but it won’t be yet.

Rams vs Titans spread prediction

Los Angeles covered the -3 spread in a low-scoring Week 1 win over the Texans while Tennessee barely covered +9 in a 20-12 loss. The Titans should struggle to score again against the Rams, who should see their offense open up. Take the Rams to cover on the road.

Rams vs Titans Over/Under prediction

There were 23 total points in Los Angeles’ Week 1 win and 32 in Tennessee’s contest. All signs point to the Under 41.5 on Sunday afternoon in Tennessee.

Rams vs Titans odds

  • Spread: Rams -5.5 | Titans +5.5
  • Moneyline: Rams -235 | Titans +195
  • Over/Under: Over 45.5 | Under 45.5
