COVERS INTEL: With Chicago ranking 23rd in average vs. righties in July, and Cole limiting walks at an elite level, it'll be difficult for the White Sox to generate traffic.

Both teams rank Top 10 in runs, but I think this is a spot to zag.
Cole has been excellent of late, sporting a 2.56 xFIP, 2.42 SIERA, and 33.7% K rate over the last five starts. He walked just 2.1% of batters during that span.
He’s limiting quality contact effectively and issuing next to no free passes, which is a big plus facing a powerful White Sox offense.
The Yankees rank 26th in OPS vs. lefties in July, and Kay’s 31.7% fly-ball rate over the last 30 days could help further zap their power.
