The Toronto Blue Jays may have dropped the series opener to the Baltimore Orioles, but my Blue Jays vs. Orioles predictions for this Saturday, Sept. 12 matchup believe Toronto can bounce back as a -115 favorite at BET99 today.

Read on for my free MLB picks, led by a Josh Smith prop.

Orioles vs Blue Jays predictions

Orioles vs Blue Jays best bet: Josh Smith Over 0.5 total bases (-105)

Josh Smith has been one of the Toronto Blue Jays’ most dangerous depth bats since joining the club, with five home runs and 11 hits in 43 at-bats. His recent success offers plenty of upside for a total-bases prop that only asks for one single.

Saturday’s matchup suits the left-handed Smith. He's hit all six of his home runs this season against right-handed pitching, and he has stayed hot in September, going deep three times in 15 at-bats this month. Kyle Bradish is also less imposing away from Camden Yards, carrying a 4.45 road ERA against a 3.26 mark at home.

At -105, I prefer the low threshold over paying heavier juice on Toronto’s bigger names. A single gets us home, while Smith’s recent power gives this bet more upside than a typical 0.5 total-bases prop. I’d play this to -125.

Covers COVERS INTEL: Bradish has allowed left-handed hitters to slug .438 with 11 home runs this season, the clearest way into him for a Toronto lineup stacked with lefty bats.

Orioles vs Blue Jays same-game parlay (SGP)

For the same-game parlay, I’m keeping the Toronto-friendly script simple. The Blue Jays moneyline anchors the ticket, Spencer Miles only needs two strikeouts in his opener role, and Josh Smith needs one hit to finish the third leg.

Miles has thrown 13 consecutive scoreless innings and struck out three batters over two perfect frames in his last appearance. He's faced Baltimore twice this season and cleared 1.5 strikeouts both times, totaling seven Ks across 7 1/3 innings.

Baltimore has also struck out at a 23.7% clip against right-handed pitching this season.

Bradish has not worked deep either, lasting four, five, and 4 1/3 innings in his last three starts, so Toronto should get into the Baltimore bullpen early.

Orioles vs Blue Jays SGP

  • Blue Jays moneyline
  • Spencer Miles Over 1.5 strikeouts
  • Josh Smith Over 0.5 hits

Orioles vs Blue Jays home run pick: George Springer (+475)

George Springer collected two hits Friday, and Bradish’s slider is the pitch to attack for power. That offering has yielded seven home runs and a .517 SLG this season, and Springer owns a .444 SLG against sliders in 2026.

Springer has also handled Bradish well across their previous meetings, hitting .400 with five doubles against him.

Kazuma Okamoto is the hotter pure power bat, but his price shortened considerably after he launched his 31st homer Friday. I’d rather take the extra payout on Springer at +475, and I’d play this to +425 for a quarter unit.
