Expert NHL moneyline picks: Nov. 4

Senators vs. Sabres pick: Senators Senators

Novig probability: 47%

The Ottawa Senators absolutely have the offensive firepower to keep pace with the Buffalo Sabres tonight, led by Tim Stutzle and a red-hot Drake Batherson, who's riding an eight-game point streak.

The Sabres have been vulnerable defensively all season long, with Colten Ellis, who's expected to get the start in net, riding just a 1.2 goals saved above expected.

With two of the league's worst power plays going head-to-head, this game will likely be decided at even strength, where the Sens have a slight advantage, ranking seventh in Goals%, with the Sabres coming in at 17th.

Buffalo enters riding a three-game winning streak, but with offensive fireworks potentially on tap, I ride with the value on the underdogs.

Blackhawks vs. Panthers pick: Panthers Panthers

Novig probability: 71%

The Florida Panthers shouldn't have any issue taking down a Chicago Blackhawks team ranked 31st in goals, shots, 32nd in power play, 31st in goals allowed, and 25th in high-danger shots against. Need I say more? The Blackhawks are just a bad hockey team.

This has all the makings of a blowout; the Panthers' elite top six should feast.

Flames vs. Kraken pick: Kraken Kraken

Novig probability: 55%

The Kraken have been quietly one of the NHL's biggest surprises, boasting the league's seventh-ranked offense at 3.57 goals per game.

Seattle has already hung six goals on Calgary twice this season, outscoring the Flames 14-8 across three meetings.

With Devin Cooley still sidelined, the responsibility falls on Dustin Wolf, who, despite showing signs of improvement, owns a -6.3 goals saved above expected mark, among the worst in the NHL. Look for the Kraken to take care of business on home ice.

Sharks vs. Kings pick: Sharks Sharks

Novig probability: 41%

The San Jose Sharks have let me down plenty of times this season, but tonight feels like the perfect opportunity to right the ship against a Los Angeles Kings team that's been downright terrible on home ice, sporting an ugly 1-4 record at Crypto.com Arena.

More than that, though, the Kings have the worst penalty kill in hockey, and against a Sharks power play clicking at 21.8%, that could spell doom for a struggling defense.

Today's NHL moneyline combo

Senators moneyline

Kraken moneyline

Panthers moneyline

I love the value I'm seeing on both the Senators and Kraken, so it's a no-brainer to add these guys to our Wednesday combo.

Meanwhile, the Panthers, who lead the league in hits, should just straight-up bully one of the smallest teams in hockey. Invest in these teams at 5.13x with Novig at don't look back.
