The Dallas Cowboys and New York Giants' longtime rivalry has no shortage of familiar faces, but a few newcomers and emerging stars could hit paydirt on Sunday Night Football.

My Cowboys vs. Giants touchdown picks feature George Pickens, Cam Skattebo, and Isiah Likely — with the latter making an immediate impact in the Meadowlands.

Check out our NFL picks for more Week 1 angles, and make sure to find out Jason Logan's full Cowboys vs. Giants prediction before kickoff at 8:20 p.m. ET from MetLife Stadium.

Cowboys touchdown pick: George Pickens

Kalshi probability: 38%

As long as George Pickens' anytime touchdown prop is below 40%, I'm taking it.

Last season, the Dallas Cowboys wideout led the team in TD receptions (nine), targets (137), catches (93), and receiving yards (1,429).

Pro Football Focus graded Pickens as the seventh-best player at his position last year, out of 128 qualified wide receivers. Meanwhile, all five of the New York Giants' starting defensive backs had a failing grade, according to PFF.

With superstar WR CeeDee Lamb lined up in the slot or out wide, it'll be nearly impossible for the Giants to double-team Pickens tonight.

Giants touchdown pick: Cam Skattebo

Kalshi probability: 49%

Cam Skattebo's anytime touchdown prop is good up to 53%.

Giants head coach John Harbaugh brought 300-pound fullback Patrick Ricard with him from the Baltimore Ravens to help improve New York's rushing attack. Skattebo will most likely be the Giants' primary goal-line option and gets to run behind Ricard, who is pretty much a lineman in the backfield.

Furthermore, Ricard was PFF's second-highest-graded fullback last season, and Skattebo ranked 12th out of 58 qualifying running backs. The Giants will have a way better ground game in 2026, especially in short-yardage situations.

First touchdown scorer pick: Isaiah Likely

Kalshi probability: 5%

I'm willing to play Isaiah Likely's first touchdown prop up to 7%.

The first-year Giant is another player Harbaugh brought with him from the Ravens and will be a featured weapon in his offense. Likely dealt with injuries last season and played the fewest games of his four-year career (14), which is why the tight end only caught one touchdown pass.

However, Likely had 14 TD receptions in his first three NFL seasons and is great at catching contested balls. Granted, I'm higher on him than the market, but if he's healthy this year, Likely could be a Pro Bowler.

Most importantly, I love Likely's 17.75x payout for this prop.
