Tyler O'Neill (+350)

Let's have some fun with these MLB picks.

Tyler O’Neill has become well-known for his ability to go deep on the first day of the season. He holds an MLB record for most Opening Day dingers in a row with six. The Baltimore Orioles slugger has big-time power, and his confidence is always high in Game 1 of 162.

The matchup today also favors him. O’Neill will face Minnesota Twins righty Joe Ryan, who had issues with the long ball last season — allowing 26 in 31 appearances.

Cal Raleigh (+285)

How can we not discuss the Big Dumper? While he finished second in MVP voting behind Aaron Judge, Cal Raleigh smacked an MLB-best 60 home runs, the most ever by a catcher. The switch hitter is a legitimate power threat from both sides of the plate.

Raleigh and the Seattle Mariners will face Cleveland Guardians right-hander Tanner Bibee tonight. Bibee is HR prone, giving up 27 last year.

Look for Raleigh to make some noise and leave the yard.

Freddie Freeman (+460)

Freddie Freeman hit .294 last season with 24 home runs. He’s still a fantastic hitter with serious pop in his bat from the left side. The defending World Series champion Los Angeles Dodgers begin their season against the Arizona Diamondbacks tonight, and Freeman is familiar with the opposing arm.

Zac Gallen gets the ball, and Freeman is 7-for-27 lifetime against him with a pair of long balls. Sixteen of his homers in 2025 were off right-handers, and Gallen gave up 31 bombs last year — 12 of them to left-handed batters.

This is a great opportunity for Freeman to go deep.
