The Fever found a winning formula to force a Game 3, and their lights-out offense makes them a dangerous underdog tonight against the Aces.

From the jump, this series has felt destined for a Game 3 decider, and the Las Vegas Aces enter as -170 favorites as they try to eliminate the Indiana Fever tonight.

However, Indiana snapped Las Vegas’ eight-game win streak on Tuesday, and my Fever vs. Aces prediction backs Caitlin Clark & Co. to come out swinging at Michelob ULTRA Arena to erase the memories of their Game 1 dud last weekend.

It’s win-or-go-home time, and my WNBA picks break down the action ahead of this 9 pm ET tip-off.

 TOP PICK
Fever vs Aces prediction: Fever +4.5

The Indiana Fever earned this do-over. After looking undercooked for the playoff cauldron against the Las Vegas Aces in Game 1, they’re back as underdogs tonight, and I’ll take the points with the visitors, who found a repeatable blueprint in Tuesday’s win — playable at +4 and +3.5, too.

Behind a Caitlin Clark masterpiece, Indiana dialed back the 3-point volume (just 21 3PA after jacking up 31 in the series opener) and attacked the paint instead, dragging A’ja Wilson away from the rim and finishing with a 29-for-50 mark on 2-pointers.

The Aces have the ultimate trump card in Wilson, but she’s carrying a huge burden for a Las Vegas squad with an ever-shrinking rotation, and the Fever offense regained its mojo in Game 2. With a quick turnaround, the visitors are healthier and 5-2 ATS in their last seven outings.

Covers COVERS INTEL: It’s easy to fall in love with the Fever’s blazing 3-point snipers, but their 58-26 edge in points in the paint was the decisive factor in Game 2 — and that can carry over tonight, with the Aces really missing NaLyssa Smith to solidify the frontcourt.

Fever vs Aces combo

The Fever won twice at Michelob ULTRA Arena during the regular season, and I like the visitors to cover the spread in what feels like a tight, cagey matchup that’ll be decided in the final minutes.

Beyond that, look for the stars to live up to their billing. Clark is one of several Indiana players who will be keen to forget the Game 1 box score, but she unlocked the Las Vegas defense on Tuesday with 27 points, including a dominant second quarter. High volume and heavy minutes are a nice combination for cashing this Over.

There’s added spice for tonight’s decider after Wilson’s confrontation with a fan at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, but I’m banking on the reigning MVP to stuff the stat sheet. She’s grabbed 10+ rebounds in three of her past four contests and scored double-digit points in every game this year.

Fever vs Aces combo

  • Fever +4.5
  • A'ja Wilson double-double
  • Caitlin Clark Over 22.5 points
