The NFL is back!

Well, somewhat: Following the drama of the NFL Draft, the next step in the offseason is the NFL schedule release, which means we can welcome back NFL odds!

The lines for the opening week are now hitting the board, starting with the defending champion Philadelphia Eagles hosting the Dallas Cowboys to kick off the season on Thursday night football.

The Eagles opened as touchdown favorites, and we'll release the rest of the official opening NFL Week 1 odds for the 2025 season as the matchups are revealed.

There's one game revealed so far... and it's a biggie. The defending champion Eagles will host division rival Dallas to kick off the season.

Dallas upgraded its offense by adding George Pickens to join CeeDee Lamb and Dak Prescott, while the Eagles are poised for another Super Bowl run with a roster that's mostly intact from last year's loaded squad.

The spread was first posted at Eagles -7, while the total hit the board at 46.5.

So far, the questions around both Dallas and Philadelphia are as expected: Can the Eagles go back-to-back (and get another healthy season of Saquon Barkley)... and for Dallas, will this be the year Dak & Co. get back over the hump and into serious contention (or will Pickens be the latest epitome of meltdowns in Big D)?
