Expert NFL combo picks for Week 4
Colts vs. Commanders: 16.13x
International games tend to trend toward the Under, and this one will be played at a snail’s pace. The Colts will go run-heavy to chew up the clock and limit the exposure of a soft defense, while the Commanders come back to earth with a backup under center in a big letdown spot.
Tyler Warren has two touchdowns on the season and exposes the soft underbelly of this aggressive Commies defense, which has allowed five touchdowns to TEs already in 2026.
Jonathan Taylor tests the validity of this Washington run-stop unit. His projections call for 90+ rushing yards, and his offensive line clears the road against a Commanders defense missing bodies at LB.

Cardinals vs. Giants: 4.40x
Beyond the favorable matchup for Brissett and the Arizona offense, I expect New York to struggle to defend Cards tight end Trey McBride.
The go-to option has garnered 30.1% of targets for 27.7% of air yards in the Arizona pass attack, and Brissett has posted a high-end 116.5 NFL passer rating when targeting McBride this season.

Patriots vs. Bills: 6.12x
While the Patriots' offense has yet to show a sign of life, the defense has been serviceable. New England ranks fifth in total defense and seventh overall in success percentage, which means they can limit Allen enough to cover the Under.
Elsewhere, I'm expecting James Cook to get more red-zone usage - his five carries inside the 10 are 13th in football. Positive regression incoming.

Jets vs. Bears: 5.90x
The Bears are coming off an impressive 27-7 win over the Philadelphia Eagles with Case Keenum at quarterback, who threw for 247 yards and two scores in that game. That's enough to give me a lot more belief in the Chicago offense than I have in the Jets, who have averaged 21.3 ppg against some fairly weak defenses. At home, I like the Bears giving 3.5 points.
Another reason to believe in the Chicago attack is D'Andre Swift. In three games, Swift has put up 253 yards on the ground, part of a Bears attack that leads the NFL at 5.3 yards per rush. Swift should once again get heavy usage with Williams out of the lineup, and I'm backing him to get 60+ yards on the ground.

Cowboys vs. Texans: 10.22x
Both defenses have injuries up and down the depth chart, which leaves Dak Prescott and C.J. Stroud to sling it in a potential Texas shootout.
Tight end Jake Ferguson has scored three touchdowns in the past two games for Dallas as his role in the receiving game expands. His TD probabilities sit as high as 40%, yet he’s trading lower and promising a nice return for another touchdown in Week 4.
Let’s get more from Ferguson. The Texans stink versus TEs and are down countless bodies at linebacker. Ferguson’s targets are ticking up, and his projections call for as many as 38 receiving yards on Sunday.

Rams vs. Eagles: 5.26x
Playable to 21%.
If the Eagles are going to beat the Rams, they likely need this to be a lower-scoring game. Through three weeks, Philadelphia's offense has the fourth-highest three-and-out rate in the NFL, while only six teams have scored on a lower percentage of their offensive possessions.
The good news for Philadelphia is that Los Angeles has also struggled offensively, scoring on just 33.3% of its possessions in 2026, which ranks 21st in the league.
The Rams have struggled against good defenses early this season, and Matthew Stafford remains vulnerable under pressure. If the Eagles' pass rush gets home consistently, Philadelphia is live as an underdog.

Packers vs. Buccaneers: 8.72x
I expect the Packers to comfortably win here, but Emeka Egbuka will remain a factor for Tampa, even with Daniels throwing to him.
The wide-out remains the Bucs' top target, reeling in a team-high 13 receptions for 141 yards through three weeks. He also has a team-best 20 targets. Egbuka has at least three receptions in every game so far, and he had five catches in Week 3.
Matthew Golden has emerged as an important target for Love in Year 2. He ranks second on Green Bay behind only Christian Watson with 15 catches on 30 targets.
He's cashed the Over in every contest so far, and Golden led the way last week with five grabs for 100 yards. While his 50% reception rate leaves room for improvement, an average of 10 targets per game makes clearing 4.5 catches very manageable.

Titans vs. Ravens: 7.05x
This combo is built around Tennessee being more competitive than its record suggests. The Titans' underlying efficiency numbers are roughly league average, while their strong run defense gives them a chance to keep Baltimore from running away with this game.
Tennessee also plays at the NFL's fifth-fastest offensive pace, creating more possessions against a vulnerable Baltimore defense. The Ravens have already scored 34+ points twice with WR Zay Flowers active and his workload should increase Sunday after being on a snap count last week.
Titans backup RB Tyjae Spears only needs 15 rushing yards, and his receiving ability should earn him lighter boxes. Even if Baltimore pulls ahead, softer defensive fronts could create cheap rushing opportunities for Spears late.

Jaguars vs. Bengals: 5.25x
These teams served up a 31-27 thriller last season, and I'll sign up for a similar scoreline here. Burrow's weapons hold a slight edge for me in that type of matchup, and the Bengals QB boasts a 24-17 SU career record at home.
Cincinnati is 4-0 ATS in the last four meetings between these squads, and this is a big step up for the Jacksonville defense after facing more pedestrian offenses so far.
I'll round out this combo with the Over on Higgins' receiving yards tally. He's racked up 90+ yards in back-to-back games, and his 6'4 frame makes him a key man for Burrow on third down.
Higgins has seen 23 targets through his first three outings, only narrowly trailing Chase in that category, and I expect the Bengals' offensive line to hold up well enough for the passing attack to thrive this weekend.

Dolphins vs. Vikings: 4.30x
I don't just expect this to be a lopsided Vikings win — I also believe it will be relatively high-scoring.
Miami's defense has been getting dominated, and I expect Murray to look much sharper in Week 4 after making his return last weekend.
Minnesota is averaging 23.7 points per game, and while Miami ranks second-last in the NFL in scoring, the Dolphins shouldn't need to contribute much for the Over to cash.
I also like Minny to cover the first-half spread. The Dolphins have allowed Over 12.5 first-half points in every game so far, and Murray's offense should be able to hit the ground running at home.

Chiefs vs. Raiders: 4.90x
Mahomes has thrown for multiple touchdowns in all three games this season with a high-end 8.3 yards per attempt and 83.7 adjusted completion percentage, and the Raiders just allowed four passing touchdowns and the ninth-highest dropback success rate in Week 3.
Continuing, KC receiver Rashee Rice has 55 or more receiving yards in 18 of his past 26 regular-season games, and Mahomes has an excellent 117.8 career NFL passer rating when targeting Rice.

Chargers vs. Seahawks: 6.93x
All three legs work off the same basic premise: Los Angeles' offense can't stay this bad forever. I'm counting on a more aggressive performance from the Chargers, with Herbert using his legs when plays break down and Chargers RB Omarion Hampton benefiting if they consistently reach scoring territory.
Seattle playing well doesn't hurt this angle, either. A Seahawks lead would force Los Angeles to remain aggressive offensively, giving Herbert more opportunities to create outside the pocket. As long as the Chargers contribute their share of the scoring, Hampton should also have a realistic chance to finish one of those possessions in the end zone.

Broncos vs. 49ers: 4.64x
I'm opting for San Francisco's moneyline instead of the spread to increase my win probability and protect against a close game. Niners RB Christian McCaffrey's anytime touchdown usage is straightforward: CMC is one of the most dangerous offensive weapons in the NFL and can score on the ground or through the air.
The final leg also correlates with San Francisco winning. Broncos RB J.K. Dobbins has struggled this season, isn't a bellcow, and faces a Niners defense that has been strong against the run. If San Francisco plays from ahead as I expect, Denver could be forced to throw more in the second half, further reducing Dobbins' rushing opportunities.

Lions vs. Panthers: 20.12x
The Lions can take advantage of the Panthers’ laundry list of ailments on both sides of the ball. Carolina’s secondary can’t keep up with Jared Goff and all his weapons while the Panthers poor pass protection won’t keep Young upright.
Sione Vaki is behind Jahmyr Gibbs but with the Lions trying to limit their star’s usage, Vaki saw his snaps surge in Week 3. Carolina has been awful against the run and Vaki could get goal line carries in garbage time on SNF, providing a great return if he scores a touchdown.
Chuba Hubbard will see more involvement as a receiver in Week 4, much like he did last Sunday. Injuries to the Carolina WR corps and Chuba being used as a checkdown when the Lions’ blitz gets loose has my projections trending toward 20 yards for the Panthers RB.

Falcons vs. Saints: 8.50x
It’s an indoor game with competent quarterback play and enough defensive injuries to create scoring opportunities. The Saints have shown they can contribute to indoor Overs even when they start slowly, ranking fourth in second-half points per game at 18.7. Much like Atlanta, if this offense has to speed things up and play from behind, it can. A game featuring Chris Olave and Drake London has big-play potential for all 60 minutes, and that’s before even mentioning Bijan Robinson, who is coming off a 200-yard game.
Michael Penix and London have been nearly unstoppable when healthy together. London has cleared 100 receiving yards in six of the last seven games they’ve played together.
Juwan Johnson is a major red-zone threat and ranks near the top of the position in red-zone targets. The loss of Travis Etienne and the injury to Noah Fant only make his touchdown role even bigger.
