The Rams and Eagles meet Sunday at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, and my Rams vs. Eagles prediction and NFL picks have Philadelphia keeping this game close against a Los Angeles team dealing with a difficult early-season schedule.

Los Angeles is a 3.5-point road favorite despite losing two of its first three games. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. ET on FOX.

 TOP PICK
Rams vs Eagles prediction: Eagles +3.5

Playable to 52%.

Bettors understandably may not want to rush to back the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 4 after they lost by 20 points on Monday Night Football, but this is a brutal schedule spot for the Los Angeles Rams.

Matthew Stafford and company opened their 2026 campaign in Australia, with some heavily criticized travel plans seemingly contributing to a 27-7 loss to the 49ers. The Rams appeared to get back on track with a dominant win over the Giants in Week 2, but they benefited from facing backup quarterback Jameis Winston, who hasn't led a touchdown drive yet this season.

In Week 3, the altitude in Denver contributed to a second-half collapse in which Los Angeles blew a 16-0 lead, ending a streak of 33 consecutive wins when leading by 15-plus points at halftime.

This weekend, the Rams will be without star cornerback Jaylen Watson, who suffered a shoulder injury against the Broncos. Tight end Terrance Ferguson will also miss Sunday's game with an ankle injury, and Colby Parkinson could join him on the inactive list after failing to practice this week. Pass rushers Aaron Donald and Myles Garrett won't be on the field, either.

As if Los Angeles needed another challenge, this will also be a cross-country flight after playing at altitude in Week 3 and in Australia in Week 1. That accumulated travel could become a real issue late in the game.

Covers COVERS INTEL: The Rams defense ranks 19th in conversion rate in 2026, while Philadelphia's offense ranks 9th. That's an area the Eagles can exploit in Week 4.

Rams vs Eagles combo

Playable to 21%.

If the Eagles are going to beat the Rams, they likely need this to be a lower-scoring game. Through three weeks, Philadelphia's offense has the fourth-highest three-and-out rate in the NFL, while only six teams have scored on a lower percentage of their offensive possessions.

The good news for Philadelphia is that Los Angeles has also struggled offensively, scoring on just 33.3% of its possessions in 2026, which ranks 21st in the league.

The Rams have struggled against good defenses early this season, and Matthew Stafford remains vulnerable under pressure. If the Eagles' pass rush gets home consistently, Philadelphia is live as an underdog.

Rams vs Eagles touchdown scorer: Darius Cooper

Playable to 15%.

Darius Cooper is in line for a significant increase in snaps in Week 4 with DeVonta Smith ruled out. Cooper was consistently praised throughout training camp and the preseason for the strides he made during his first NFL offseason, and early in 2026, he's earned more playing time while even getting designed touches as the primary option.

Cooper played a season-high 46 snaps in Week 2 against the Titans, catching the game-winning touchdown in the closing minutes. He isn't especially tall at 5-foot-11, but his 210-pound frame makes him an underrated red-zone target. This is an appealing price for a player who has already scored once this season, and the Rams' defensive absences only improve his chances.
