The 0-3 Titans head to M&T Bank Stadium on Sunday to face the 2-1 Ravens, who are 11.5-point favorites for the 1 p.m. ET kickoff.
My Titans vs. Ravens prediction backs Tennessee to keep this closer than the market suggests, while the angles below also target the total, RB Tyjae Spears, and a touchdown scorer in my latest NFL picks for Oct. 4.
TOP Pick
Titans vs Ravens prediction: Titans +11.5
I'm upgrading my lean on the Tennessee Titans +11.5, down to +9.5, from earlier this week to a like because their underlying numbers don't resemble those of an 11.5-point underdog.
Tennessee ranks 14th in net yards per play, 17th in net pressure rate, 14th in net third-down conversion rate, and 18th in net red-zone touchdown rate. Plus, the Titans are also 0-2 in one-score games, losing both in the final seconds.
The Baltimore Ravens were only -8.5 on the offseason lookahead, and its underwhelming defense hasn't done enough to justify a three-point adjustment. Meanwhile, Tennessee ranks seventh in yards per rush allowed (3.6), giving it a way to slow Baltimore's biggest offensive strength.

Titans vs Ravens combo
This combo is built around Tennessee being more competitive than its record suggests. The Titans' underlying efficiency numbers are roughly league average, while their strong run defense gives them a chance to keep Baltimore from running away with this game.
Tennessee also plays at the NFL's fifth-fastest offensive pace, creating more possessions against a vulnerable Baltimore defense. The Ravens have already scored 34+ points twice with WR Zay Flowers active and his workload should increase Sunday after being on a snap count last week.
Titans backup RB Tyjae Spears only needs 15 rushing yards, and his receiving ability should earn him lighter boxes. Even if Baltimore pulls ahead, softer defensive fronts could create cheap rushing opportunities for Spears late.
Titans vs Ravens combo
- Titans +11.5
- Over 42.5
- Tyjae Spears 15+ Rushing Yards
Titans vs Ravens touchdown scorer: Carnell Tate
I just like this price for a sprinkle (up to 23%) considering Titans rookie WR Carnell Tate was the first receiver selected in the 2026 NFL Draft at fourth overall and he's played the highest rate of offensive snaps among Tennessee's skill-position players.
More importantly, Tate already has a skill that translates near the goal line. Per Pro Football Focus, Tate is 4-for-4 in contested catches, so he can come down with a jump ball in the end zone. Between his draft capital and immediate playing time, the opportunities should continue coming.
