Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Jackson Chourio has been heating up over the last few weeks. Since sinking to a .236 batting average on May 19, Chourio is batting .304 (31-for-102) with a hit in 18 of those 24 games. He's currently riding a six-game hitting streak after going 2-for-5 with a triple on Saturday.
It's Miles Mikolas taking the mound for the St. Louis Cardinals, and he's someone that Chourio has hit well. In seven plate appearances against Mikolas, Chourio is 2-for-6 with a double and a home run.
Chourio has had plenty of extra-base hits over the past month, and nine multi-hit games in his last 23 games. Given how Chourio is hitting recently and his success against Mikolas, I’ll take him to go Over 1.5 total bases at plus-money odds.
