The Oregon Ducks have been one of the most disappointing teams over the first month and a half of college basketball, slipping to 6-5 without a single marquee win to their resume.
The Ducks are 0-5 against Quad 1 and Quad 2 opponents, failing at every opportunity to prove they're competitive.
All but one of the losses came by double digits, so Altman’s squad hasn’t even been able to say they’re staying within striking range. Backing them against the spread has been a money-losing endeavor as they are 2-9 against the spread.
The Gonzaga Bulldogs stand in stark contrast at 8-3-1 ATS. Few’s squad has already notched several wins over quality programs by margin (UCLA by 10, Kentucky by 35, Alabama by 10, Creighton by 27) to establish themselves as national title contenders.
