I'd recommend this Over to -125 because Thomas remains a key receiver in the offense, and this is a low total in a favorable matchup. Philly has allowed the fifth-highest dropback success rate the past two weeks, and Thomas recorded 40 receiving yards in each of the first two games before scoring a touchdown in Week 4. Remember, too, he burst onto the scene during his 2024 rookie season with 1,282 receiving yards, so there's a history of high-end production.
This anytime touchdown prop is in play down to -115 because the Eagles surrendered two rushing scores in Week 4, and Tuten’s been a force for the Jaguars. Tuten has an elite 4.02 yards per carry after contact and 109.6 PFF elusive rating while handling 56.3% of the red-zone rushes for Jacksonville, including nine across the past three games.
Play up to 55%. Denzel Boston has cleared this number in three of four games and is averaging 21.8 yards per reception. With a 19% target share and 5.5 targets per game, he doesn’t need massive volume to surpass 49.5 yards.
There are some concerns about getting this number early with Ja'Marr Chase still in concussion protocol and Tee Higgins a DNP due to multiple injuries, but I'm rolling with the rookie receiver in an elite matchup with an offense that had the second-highest pass rate of 2026 by any team last week. Meyers could be as short as 2.4x if both Chase and Higgins miss Week 5, after getting nine targets and 82 yards on a 93% route share last week. He played opposite Higgins when Chase went out and could still have a massive role even if one of the elite WRs suits up. He has WR3 value in this offense regardless, which runs 11 personnel at a 50% rate.
I got Drake Maye at 5.25x when this price was 4.7x two weeks ago, and I have a fair price closer to 4.75x. Maye has been using his legs, coming off an eight-carry game, and he's had a carry from inside the 5-yard line in back-to-back games. He has yet to score this year after rushing for four TDs last season. This is a big price for a QB who has averaged more than 25 rushing yards over the last two seasons across a 21-game sample. His legs were a big part of the Patriots knocking off the Bills, and that skill set should continue to be on display with New England needing to dig itself out of an early-season hole. Rhamondre Stevenson is also dealing with a knee issue, which could create even more rushing opportunities for Maye.
The Las Vegas Raiders have put up at least 26 points in each of their first four games, and even solid defensive teams like the Kansas City Chiefs haven't slowed them. The New England Patriots can also pound the ball against a Raiders defense allowing 5.2 yards per rushing attempt. With both offenses showing teeth lately, I'm leaning towards the Over at 45.5 points.
Minnesota -2.5 is playable up to -3. My power ratings make the Vikings clearly better on a neutral field, and New Orleans owns the NFL's worst defensive success rate. Jefferson's return also gives Kyler Murray a great rebound spot.
Minnesota pairs an NFL-best defense allowing 12.8 points per game with an offense ranking dead last in yards per play. That’s a beautiful recipe for punts and a low-scoring game. The Vikings are 6–1 to the Under in their last seven, with their last three averaging just 25.3 combined points. New Orleans’ running game ranks 28th in yards per carry which will limit their scoring opportunities against this elite defense.
Play up to 50%. C.J. Stroud has cleared this number in three of four games, including 347 yards against Dallas. Houston ranks sixth in passing but 30th in rushing, while Tennessee allowed 285 passing yards last week, supporting another pass-heavy approach.
Play up to 45%. Nico Collins has scored three touchdowns in two games and commands 43% of Houston’s red-zone targets when healthy. Tennessee allows touchdowns on 66.7% of opponent red-zone trips, creating another strong scoring opportunity for Stroud’s top target.
The Giants are 12–4 to the Over in their last 16, while Washington is 7–1 in its last eight. Those generous defenses keep delivering, ranking 28th and 30th in red-zone touchdown percentage allowed. Washington surrenders 30.5 points per game, and Jayden Daniels’ expected return adds some extra pop. We don’t need a shootout to clear this low number.
I got this at 3.56x and would play it to 3.15x, with a fair price of 3x. Isaiah Likely has a massive 32% target share. He had 12 targets last week and hauled in a team-high seven receptions. Jameis Winston is looking a lot better than he did in Week 1, and the second-most targeted tight end in football is a TD threat in Week 5 against a Commanders defense that is giving up 30.5 points per game. It’s not just volume; it’s volume near the goal line, too. No tight end has more red-zone receptions than Likely, who leads an offense that is struggling to run inside the 20 with just one rushing TD in the red zone. This offense is being undervalued in this matchup, and Likely is the best target at 32% or better.
The slick surface at Acrisure Stadium could give the Colts pass defense the slip this Sunday. The already questionable grass surface sees action with Pitt at home Saturday, followed by rains leading into Sunday’s home stand with Indy. Aaron Rodgers isn’t afraid to let it fly and this play action-centric playbook faces a Colts defense allowing the second most yards to play-action passes. Indianapolis’ zone-heavy schemes are also giving up too many explosive passes, including a league-high six passes for 40+ yards. Rodgers is a master of shredding zone coverage and has hit home runs of 49 and 47 yards the past two games.
I got this at 4.3x and would play it to 4x. The Steelers are passing the ball at an above-average rate and used 2-TE sets at a season-high 42% last week. Darnell Washington has seen at least four targets in back-to-back weeks and has 94 yards and a score over that stretch. He also had two red-zone targets in Week 4 and saw just as many targets as Pat Freiermuth. Washington is a human refrigerator who faces a Colts defense coming back from London and ranks as a Top-10 matchup for tight ends. Indy is also allowing 392 total yards per game (31st) and 26 points per game (22nd). The Pittsburgh tight end is a great mid-range TD target at this price for a Week 5 card.
Swift has been on the injury report since Week Two but hasn't missed a game. He practiced Thursday and was reported to be a "go" for this week on Friday morning. He'll have an increased workload as Chicago will likely not have Kyle Monangai.
Omarion Hampton has stayed below his rushing total in three of four weeks to start 2026, including 45 rushing yards versus a total of 45.5 O/U last week. Ouch. His number dips to 36.5 yards against Denver in Week 5. Los Angeles doesn’t have many offensive option left, with injuries up and down the receiving corps. The Broncos defense hasn’t been right, especially stopping the run. Denver sits near the bottom of advanced metrics like EPA allowed per handoff DVOA. Hampton’s projections come in north of 40 rushing yards with a ceiling as high as 58. Buy low spot.
This is an incredible price on Kalshi when you consider the rest of the market is closer to 4x rather than his 4.7x price. The Broncos are missing key bodies in the secondary, as Patrick Surtain is doubtful and fellow starting corner Riley Moss is questionable. Helping Harris get those looks against second-string defenders is the health of his receivers. Ladd McConkey can't seem to get healthy, and Quentin Johnston is also questionable. The only players seemingly healthy on this Chargers offense are Justin Herbert and Harris, who had five targets last week, an 83% route share, and 60 receiving yards. Harris also leads all Chargers WRs in red-zone targets. This is one of my favorite TD prices this weekend.
A massive total won’t scare me off when Detroit scores 29.8 points per game and allows 31.8. Arizona gives up 29.3 itself, so expect plenty of fireworks. The Lions are 9–2 to the Over in their last 11, averaging 57.5 combined points. Six of these teams’ eight games this season have reached at least combined 55 points.
Even the Cardinals can score against the Lions, who are allowing 31.8 points per game and have given up the sixth-most rushing TDs to opposing running backs. Tyler Allgeier had 10 opportunities last week, turning them into 49 yards and a score. Both Allgeier and Jeremiyah Love are getting looks in the red zone, with the backup accounting for eight of their 21 red-zone opportunities this year. However, Love's health is the most important factor this week. The rookie running back hurt his ankle in Week 4, but it wasn't the same ankle he injured in the preseason that kept him from taking any warm-up snaps. Love is expected to be limited in practice this week but should be good to play. Still, if he's limited, Allgeier could poach more red-zone opportunities against the softest defense in football. I got this at 3.4x early in the week and would play it to 3.2x.
Shaheed has been relatively quiet through four weeks with a modest seven receptions for 73 yards despite a healthy 15 targets. The speedster's 53.8% catch rate is way below his 63.9% mark through his first four seasons in the league, and his 10.4 yards per reception and 10.1 aDoT are also down. I would recommend this Over down to 48% because the San Fran secondary will be without starting strong safety Marques Sigle (ankle), and slot corner Upton Stout is nursing an AC joint sprain in his shoulder.
Back Wilson to score to -130 because his unrivaled lead role in the Seattle backfield will yield both a high-volume workload and high-value scoring opportunities again this week. In addition to Seattle scoring four rushing touchdowns across its past two meetings with San Fran, Wilson also found the end zone in Week 4 in the go-to role while picking up 3.43 yards after contact per attempt with a solid 100.0 PFF elusive rating.
How many Lamar Jackson injuries will it take for Baltimore to invest in a better backup? They’ve stayed below 20.5 points in eight of 10 regular-season games without him since 2022, averaging just 15.9 points. Huntley’s scoreless second half last week doesn’t inspire confidence, and Atlanta’s NFL-best 2.7 yards allowed per carry could shut down their Derrick Henry lifeline.
Backup QBs usually lean on TEs for quick hits and checkdowns and that’s been the case for Huntley during his two stints in Charm City. He threw to his tight ends 16 times over two starts last year and looked to TEs a lot whenever called into action for the Ravens in 2021 and 2022. Andrews boast the fifth highest target share (23.5%) across the position has posted 24, 27, 49 and 49 yards in the opening four games of 2026. His SNF forecasts all sit north of 30 receiving yards with some models pointing to 40 yards from the veteran.
After a brutal travel schedule, the Rams finally get home with an extra day to prepare for a sloppy Buffalo team that's had seven turnovers in their last two games. The defensive gap is massive. Buffalo ranks 29th in opponent explosive play rate and is allowing 26.8 PPG. Against a healthy Rams offense with three straight 400-yard games, there's potential for the Bills defense to get embarrassed. Expect L.A. to get more stops and cover the number.
Josh Allen’s passing TD props come at a discount because of how dangerous the Bills QB is as a runner in the red zone. With the tallest total on the board for Buffalo’s trip to L.A., Allen’s TD pass projections are very positive. Those models range from 1.4 to 1.84 with majority at 1.6 or higher. Allen has only one passing TD in the last two games after 2 and 3 strikes in the opening two outings. His passing stats get a boost in rare indoor games and he’ll let if fly on MNF.
Our experts and prediction models are hard at work analyzing the data. Check back shortly for today's picks, or explore our Computer Picks for inspiration.
For every matchup in an NFL season, our NFL computer produces selections for a variety of different betting angles. Our computer picks are based on a proprietary algorithm that values each team in the current week to produce moneyline, spread, and point total selections.
The table above, below the game picks, tracks our NFL computer's results over the last 100 games, outlining the record and profit for selections, based on $100 unit size. We track the profit based on both opening and closing lines for every matchup.
The easiest way to utilize our computer picks is to simply follow our selections for every matchup, what you'd call ailing the computer." But there are other ways to utilize our NFL computer picks, as well.
You can use our NFL computer as a jumping-off point to do more research into specific lines, cross-referencing with expert picks, which can be found above the selections for some matchups, recent NFL betting trends, and more.
As well, you can gauge the confidence of the matchup. The larger the projected score, the more confident the computer is in a specific pick.
Or, if you want to implement a system, betting only on underdogs, for example, you can look for matchups in which our computer likes the underdog to inform which picks you're going to hone in on for a given week.
We have these computer picks for every sport you're looking to wager on, as well:
NFL moneyline picks are the simplest way to get in on the NFL action. All you have to do is simply bet on which team you think will win the game.
For moneyline picks, the favorite is represented with a minus sign (-) in front of the odds, while the underdog has a plus (+). However, you don't get the same profit for picking an underdog compared to a favorite. If the favored team is -120, a $100 bet on them would pay out $80 in profit and $180 total, if they win the game. The underdog winning at +150 would pay out a $150 profit, $250 total.
We have a complete breakdown of how to read NFL moneyline odds for these NFL computer picks.
While moneyline picks are the simplest, picking NFL games against the spread is probably the most common wager for regular NFL bettors.
To bet an NFL spread, you wager on whether a team will win by a certain number of points or more or if they'll lose by fewer points than the spread. For example, if the spread is -6.5 for the New England Patriots, you would win the bet if they win the game by 7 points or more. Or if a team is +6.5, you're betting on if they'll win outright or lose by fewer than 6.5 points.
There is a correlation between moneyline odds and the spread, as books set these lines based on the same information.
You can read more about NFL spreads here.
If you aren’t entirely sold on which NFL team will win or cover in an NFL game, you can still use our NFL computer picks to bet on the point total.
As opposed to taking a side, in total or Over/Under betting, you wager on whether both NFL teams will combine for a final score of more than (Over) or less than (Under) the total number of points set by oddsmakers.
The computer picks, and your handicapping of totals is more about how you think both teams will score points, not which team has the edge to win.
