The Nuggets will be going up against the best defense they've seen all season; the Raptors will undoubtedly look to keep Jokic's fingerprints off this game by turning him more into a playmaker than a scorer. With the clamps coming on the superstar, coupled with minimal second-chance points due to the Raptors' ability to clean the glass, Jokic will be bottled up tonight.

Barrett's hot hand, consistent minutes, and increased offensive responsibility put him in a strong spot to reach 22 points. He's hit that mark in six of seven games this season, and is coming off an efficient 26-point night on 10-for-19 shooting. If he plays close to 35 minutes, we should have no problem here based on volume alone. Expect him to push the pace and attack the basket all game long against this Denver defense.

Irving's status should have little to no bearing on whether or not Flagg can achieve an Over on a prop of 5.5 assists.
The sophomore phenom is averaging 6.6 in five games with the superstar point guard. In his lone start without him on Monday, Flagg had six dimes on eight potential assists.
Flagg has become a player who commands respect from defenders due to his offensive intangibles, and the Spurs will surely look to force someone else on Dallas to beat them. That means trying to get the rock out of Flagg's hands, whether it's through immense pressure or double teams. Passing out of those situations means generating assist opportunities, which is why I love this play.
Dylan Harper o15.5 Points Scored (-115)
I'll be taking this number up to 17.5 points.
Sacramento's backcourt (Zach LaVine, Malik Monk, and Darius Acuff Jr.) combined to score 72 points on 55% shooting on Monday.
Nearly two-thirds of Dylan Harper's minutes have come in the Spurs' frontcourt this season, but he's a natural two-guard who's only playing out of position so he can be a part of the starting lineup.
The 20-year-old floor general has gone Over 15.5 points in all but two games. He's averaging 21 points on 55.6% from the field in his last two appearances, and would have finished with more than the 17 points he recorded against the Utah Jazz on Monday had he played more minutes in what ended up being a blowout.

Rookie Darius Acuff has fired up 165 total shots in his first seven games (second most in the NBA), boasting an usage rate of 32.3%. A good chunk of those attempts has come from beyond the arc, with Acuff launching an average of 9.3 triples. He’s knocking down just three of those per outing. Game script says the Kings trail large and with the Lakers active from outside, that often prompts opponents to counter with 3-balls of their own.
Walker Kessler o12.5 Points Scored (-115)
Kessler is coming off one of his busiest offensive outings, firing up 13 FGAs in the shootout win over Miami. He made seven of those shots and finished with 15 points in 32 minutes. Sacramento gives up an NBA-high 56.6 points in the paints per game. The Kings frontcourt is missing big bodies heading into Wednesday. Projections sit as high as 13.9 points from the Lakers' 7-footer tonight.

Hachimura is hitting 2.4 of 6.2 triples per game in his first five games with the Clippers - both career-high marks. The former Laker is knocking down treys at a 38.7% clip, and he's hit 2+ in four of five contests. Miami is leaving shooters wide open on the perimeter, so I'll trade this one to 2.5.
Klay Thompson o2.5 3-Pointers Made (+104)
Eight of Thompson's 9.4 FGA have come from beyond the arc this season - the highest percentage of his career. His role is a pure spot-up shooter, and Thompson is doing it well, hitting 3+ triples in four of seven games. He's 11-of-19 across his last two, and I expect him to stay hot against a weak Clippers perimeter defense. Trade to 55%.

I price the Suns closer to 58%, making them an attractive buy at 53%, even on the second night of a back-to-back. Phoenix lacks a true point guard, putting more playmaking pressure on Devin Booker. However, with Jalen Suggs sidelined, Booker's ability to create efficient offense becomes less of a concern in this matchup.

Betting the moneyline in the NBA means you're picking the winner of the game, no strings attached. If the team you bet on emerges victorious, then so do you.

In this example, the Los Angeles Lakers are the favorites to win the game as their moneyline odds have a minus sign (-) in front of the number. The favorites will have the minus sign present, and the underdogs will have a plus sign (+).
Betting $100 on the Lakers would pay you $180, your original $100 bet, plus $80 in winnings. If you bet $100 on the Warriors, since oddsmakers believe they're less likely to win this game, the payout would be $250, with a profit of $150.
Betting the spread in the NBA provides more wiggle room to bettors for games that may appear one-sided on paper. Rather than simply picking the winner like you would with the moneyline, you can instead pick the point differential to give underdogs more of a fighting chance with your wagers.

In this example, the Lakers are favored to not only win the game against the Warriors, but to do so by at least 4.5 points. As a gentle reminder, the minus sign (-) determines the favorite for the game in question.
Should the Lakers win by five points, that would mean Los Angeles "covered the spread," resulting in a win for those who bet in their favor. However, if the Lakers won by four points, that would mean the Warriors "covered the spread" instead.
The -110 betting line enclosed in parentheses is fairly common for spread bets. That is the number bettors would follow to determine potential gains and losses, just like the moneyline. Odds are usually equal on both sides of the line, but can range from -105 to -120 (or more) in either direction.
An Over/Under bet in the NBA has nothing to do with which team wins the game. Instead, all that matters is the total combined score for that game and whether it exceeds a preset number established by oddsmakers.

In this example, oddsmakers have set the total score for the Lakers and Warriors at 240.5 points.
As a bettor, you can select the Over if you believe the two teams will combine to score more than 240.5 points, 241 or more, or bet the Under if they'll score fewer than 240.5 points, 240 or fewer.
If the set number was a whole number like 240 points, for example, and the two teams combined to score exactly that amount, then the result would be a push and you'd get your money back on the wager.
