The stakes don’t get much higher than they will be Tuesday night in Florida.
The Panthers could earn their second straight Stanley Cup with a win, while the Edmonton Oilers have an opportunity to even the series and bring it home for Game 7 if they’re able to take care of business.
Let’s take a look at a few players poised to step up with three Oilers vs. Panthers props and NHL picks for June 17.

Oilers vs Panthers player props for June 17
Corey Perry Over 1.5 shots (-145 at BET99)
Corey Perry is on a heater shooting the puck. The cagey veteran has recorded multiple shots on goal in seven consecutive games, including all five against the Florida Panthers.
Perry has averaged 5.8 attempts in this series and at least four each time out. That number has been key for Perry all season long.
He's cleared this line in 23 of 29 games this season when generating 4+ shot attempts. That translates to an impressive 79% success rate.
Perry has taken on a bigger role as the playoffs have progressed, logging at least 14 minutes in eight straight games.
Expect him to clear it once again with the Edmonton Oilers playing for their season.
Sam Reinhart Over 2.5 shots (-155 at BET99)
Death, taxes, and Sam Reinhart on home ice. The home/road splits have truly been night and day for the former 50-goal scorer..
Reinhart is averaging 3.9 shots on 7.7 attempts when playing in his own building, leading to a 71% hit rate in Florida during this playoff run.
Reinhart is one of the best goal scorers in the NHL, and he's trusted to play in all situations, leading to large workloads on a nightly basis. He's played at least 20 minutes every game in this series.
With a chance to secure a second straight Stanley Cup victory on home soil, the Panthers will no doubt give Reinhart all the ice he can handle in Game 6. Look for him to make the most of it.
Ryan Nugent-Hopkins Over 0.5 points (-125 at BET99)
It’s really easy to get excited about Ryan Nugent-Hopkins at this price. He has hit the scoresheet in 12 of his last 19 games, producing 20 points along the way.
Connor McDavid has been his most common linemate at 5-on-5 in this series. RNH also has exposure to McDavid, Leon Draisaitl, and Evan Bouchard serving as a staple on the No. 1 power play unit.
RNH ranks third among Oilers forwards — behind only their two superstars — in ice time against the Panthers. He's rightfully playing a big role.
In a do-or-die game, Kris Knoblauch is likely to shorten the bench and rely even more heavily on guys he trusts. That should lead to heavier usage for RNH.
Nugent-Hopkins is a playmaker first, but he’s also threatened consistently as a shooter in this series. He ranks second among all players with 10 high-danger chances in the Stanley Cup Final.
He’s playing a lot, creating plenty of scoring opportunities, and often shares the ice with some of the most dangerous weapons in the league. There’s value in backing him to capitalize.
