Who will win Jaguars vs Ravens?
Trevor Knapp is taking Jacksonville in his NFL moneyline picks for Week 9.
Our prediction: Jaguars moneyline — Yes (82%)
"The Baltimore Ravens are staring at a QB3 situation on a short week, with Lamar Jackson headed to IR and Tyler Huntley out for the season.
The Ravens are 2-6 against the spread this season (0-3 ATS at home) and just got boat-raced 36-10 by Buffalo.
Meanwhile, the Jacksonville Jaguars are averaging 28.0 points per game and fresh off a 42-7 demolition of the Colts. This one should be over early."

Thursday Night Football spread prediction
Our prediction: Jaguars -9.5 — Yes (48%)
Chris Vasile is laying the points as part of his NFL against-the-spread picks for Week 9.
"Baltimore will start undrafted rookie Joe Fagnano after injuries to Jackson and Huntley. Fagnano managed just 91 passing yards and threw an interception against Buffalo.
Jacksonville is averaging 28 points per game and just hammered the Colts 42-7. Even on the road, the Jaguars should have enough offense to cover against a team scrambling at quarterback."
Thursday Night Football total prediction
Market lean: Under 42.5 — Yes (50%)
Joe Osborne leaned Under in his early Jaguars vs. Ravens prediction.
"Trying to make a case for an Over involving Baltimore right now isn't easy. The Ravens are averaging a pathetic 11 points over their last three games, and with Jackson gone, their quarterback situation is suddenly one of the NFL's worst.
The home/road splits don't exactly scream shootout, either.
Baltimore has been averaging just 18 points across its three home games, while Jacksonville managed only 13 in Denver and 22 when visiting Cincinnati in its two true road outings. Both games finished Under, and four of the Jaguars' last five true road games dating back to last season have cashed Under tickets."

Thursday Night Football player props
Rushing prop: Chris Rodriguez Jr. 30+ rushing yards — Yes (57%)
Jason Logan likes Jacksonville's backup running back in his Jaguars vs. Ravens prop picks.
"Jaguars backup running back Chris Rodriguez Jr. has made the most of his touches in recent weeks, rushing for more than 30 yards in four of his last five outings.
Rodriguez could get increased work in Week 9, considering the short turnaround for Thursday. Starting RB Bhayshul Tuten is dealing with multiple injuries, and the Jags want to be careful about his usage as the season rolls on.
With a big spread and run-positive game script for Jacksonville, Rodriguez will carry the load in the second half of this prime-time showing. He’s boasting 5.24 yards per carry over the last five contests and is a beast in the final two frames, averaging 6.1 yards per run in second halves."
Receiving prop: Justice Hill 15+ receiving yards — Yes (47%)
Logan is also backing the Ravens' lead running back.
"Ravens running back Justice Hill is the team’s third-down option, which means he’ll continue to see an uptick in snaps on Thursday.
Hill logged a season-high 49% of snaps when the team crumbled at Buffalo on Sunday, drawing eight targets (another season high) for four catches and 20 receiving yards.
Given the shape of the Ravens’ QB room, Baltimore will struggle to move the chains and find itself in plenty of third downs on Thursday. Whichever backup is under center, they’ll lean on the pass-catching RB as a safety blanket."
Anytime touchdown prop: Brenton Strange — Yes (28%)
Joe Osborne is backing Brenton Strange to score in his Jaguars vs. Ravens prediction.
"Baltimore's defense has been getting worked by tight ends, surrendering six touchdowns to the position this season.
That's music to the ears of Strange, who's becoming a major piece of Jacksonville's passing attack. He's drawn at least seven targets in three of his last four games and enters Thursday as the Jaguars' second-most-targeted pass-catcher this season."

Jaguars vs Ravens live markets explained
Kalshi event contracts can be bought and sold as the Jaguars vs. Ravens game unfolds, meaning traders aren't necessarily locked into their original pregame position.
The probabilities will move throughout the game as the score, time remaining, possession, and game state change.
How do Jaguars vs Ravens prediction markets work?
Kalshi is a federally regulated U.S. exchange where users trade directly on the outcome of real-world future events. Instead of traditional bets, users trade event contracts based on simple Yes/No questions such as "Will the Jaguars beat the Ravens?"
Contract prices reflect the market's estimated probability of an outcome. A contract trading at 23%, for example, indicates that the market is assigning that outcome roughly a 23% chance of occurring. If the prediction is correct, the contract settles at $1; if it is incorrect, the contract settles at $0.
How does Kalshi differ from sportsbooks?
At a traditional sportsbook, bettors wager against prices established by the bookmaker. Kalshi instead operates as an exchange, with users trading event contracts against other market participants.
Another major difference is the ability to exit a position before an event is finished. If the probability of your Jaguars vs. Ravens position increases during the game, you can sell the contract rather than waiting for the final result.
Why trade Jaguars vs Ravens at Kalshi?
Kalshi offers several features that distinguish prediction markets from traditional pro football betting:
- Live flexibility: Contracts can be bought and sold as market probabilities change throughout the game.
- Probability-based pricing: Markets display the estimated likelihood of an outcome rather than traditional American odds.
- Transparency: Prices are driven by trading activity between market participants.
- Federal regulation: Kalshi operates as a CFTC-regulated exchange.
