The Baltimore Ravens head to Lambeau Field on Saturday to face the Green Bay Packers in the second-last week of the NFL regular season.

With the status of both Lamar Jackson and Jordan Love up in the air, my early Ravens vs. Packers predictions are hammering the Under. Here are my best free early NFL picks for this pivotal Week 17 clash on December 27.

Early Ravens vs Packers spread pick: Packers -2.5

-105 at FanDuel

After losing to the Patriots on Sunday, the Baltimore Ravens are 7-8 and need to win their final two games and get some help if they want to make the playoffs.

Lamar Jackson exited the game against the Pats after injuring his back just before halftime. The superstar quarterback has been hindered by hamstring, ankle, toe, and knee injuries this year.

The Ravens are 4-12 without Lamar Jackson since 2020 and averaged just 15.5 ppg in those contests. Even if he suits up in this must-win game, he'll be less than 100%.

We've seen that compromised version of Jackson struggle over the last month.

The Ravens head to Lambeau Field to face the Green Bay Packers, who are 5-2 with a scoring margin of +7.1 points per game at home. The Packers are coming off an OT loss at Chicago but showed they are still a dangerous team even after losing Micah Parsons to a season-ending injury.

Franchise quarterback Jordan Love suffered a concussion in the second quarter against the Bears. Love will be in an uphill battle to pass concussion protocol on a short week, but I have faith in backup Malik Wills, who completed nine of 11 passes for 121 yards with another 44 yards on the ground in relief.

Willis led Green Bay to two wins when called upon to start last year, and taking reps in practice should help him avoid the botched snap miscue he had in OT. He's questionable after hurting his shoulder but played through the injury on Sunday, and I'd be shocked if he sat out on Saturday.

Regardless of whether it's Love or Willis under center, I like the Packers to win and cover at home against a Baltimore side that is just 1-5 against the spread in its last six games.

Early Ravens vs Packers total pick: Under 40.5

-104 at FanDuel

The Ravens struggled on defense at the start of the year due to the absence of Pro Bowl LB Roquan Smith, and multiple injuries on the line and in the secondary. However, they've gotten most of those injured players back and rank fifth in the league in defense success rate since Week 6.

Meanwhile, the Packers are seventh in the league in defensive rush success rate and fifth in yards allowed per carry (4.0). That strong run defense will help contain a Baltimore attack that relies heavily on Derrick Henry.

With both Jackson and Love possibly unable to suit up due to those previously mentioned injuries, the Under 40.5 is the easy play.
