Opening line

Raiders -3, Over/Under 55

Why the line moved

UPDATE 5:30 P.M. ET THURSDAY: The Raiders moved from the opener of -3.5 to -3 a couple of times this week at FanDuel and are currently at the opener, with 69 percent of tickets and 71 percent of cash on Las Vegas. The total is down to 51.5 from an opener of 54.5, though ticket count is 3/1 and money 2/1 on the Over.

UPDATE 3 P.M. ET THURSDAY: BetMGM's New Jersey hub opened the Raiders -3 and moved to -3.5, with 69 percent of point-spread tickets and 59 percent of spread money landing on Las Vegas. The total fell from 53.5 to 51.5, although tickets and money are both running 2/1 on the Over. "The Raiders have received a decent amount of public support," BetMGM director of trading Matt Cosgriff said. "Sharp bettors are on the Under."

UPDATE 12:30 P.M. ET THURSDAY: This line has bounced between the opener of -3.5 and -3 all week at DraftKings, and it's currently -3. The Thursday night clash is drawing two-way action, with 53 percent of tickets and 60 percent of cash on the host Raiders. The total has tailed off by 2.5 points, from 55 to 52.5, but the betting splits head the other way, with 70 percent of tickets and 79 percent of money on the Over.

UPDATE 11:30 P.M. ET WEDNESDAY: PointsBet USA opened Raiders -3, went to -3.5 Monday and back to -3 today. "Good two-way on the side," PointsBet's Patrick Eicher said. "Sixty-six percent of bets are currently on the Raiders, while 59 percent of handle is on the Chargers." The total edged from 54 to 54.5, then down to 53 and is now 53.5, with tickets 2/1 and money 4/1 on the Over.

---

Las Vegas is now on the outside looking in for the AFC playoffs and very much needs a win Thursday night, after getting run out of its own building 44-27 by Indianapolis in Week 14. Los Angeles, which has lost seven one-score games this season, finally won one Sunday at home, edging Atlanta 20-17 on a final-second field goal.

"We opened the Chargers +3 (-120) and are still there," Murray said Sunday evening. "We took a number of bets on the Chargers on our look-ahead number (+3.5) and would definitely expect wiseguys to get involved on the Chargers if the number goes any higher."

Opening line

Colts -7.5, Over/Under 52

Why the line moved

UPDATE 9 A.M. ET SUNDAY: FanDuel started the Colts at -6 and reached -7.5 by Friday, then ticked to -7 Saturday afternoon, with ticket count and money both in the 4/1 range. The total fell from 52.5 to 50.5, then went up to 51.5 Friday, with 60 percent of tickets on the Over and 54 percent of money on the Under.

UPDATE 9:30 P.M. ET FRIDAY: Indianapolis opened -7 at William Hill US and on Thursday got to -7.5, where the number remains tonight on hefty Colts action: 83 percent of spread bets and 90 percent of spread tickets are on Philip Rivers and Co.

---

Indianapolis put a 40-plus burger on Las Vegas in Week 14, notching a 44-27 road victory to improve its playoff hopes. On the flip side, Houston went to the Windy City and got blown away in a 36-7 loss.

The SuperBook opened the Colts at -7.5, and perhaps surprisingly, the first move was toward the Texans, as the line ticked to -7 later Sunday night.

Opening line

Packers -9, Over/Under 51

Why the line moved

UPDATE 7 P.M. ET SATURDAY: FanDuel moved the Packers from -8.5 to -7.5 Wednesday and stuck there until tonight before returning to the opening number. Point-spread ticket count is 5/1 and spread money 4/1 on Green Bay. The total moved from 51.5 to 53 to 52.5, with tickets and money just shy of 3/1 on the Over.

UPDATE 12:15 P.M. ET SATURDAY: Green Bay moved from -9 to -8, up to -8.5 and back to -8 at DraftKings, where tickets and money are both about 4/1 on the Packers. The total is up to 52.5 from an opener of 50, with tickets and money 4/1 on the Over.

UPDATE 9:30 P.M. ET FRIDAY: William Hill US opened the Packers -9 and dipped to -8.5 midweek, and that's where the line stands now, with 80 percent of bets and 62 percent of money on Green Bay.

UPDATE 9:30 P.M. ET WEDNESDAY: The Packers opened -8.5, stretched to -10 Tuesday night, but are now down to -8 while taking 56 percent of tickets and 52 percent of money. The total is up a tick from 51 to 51.5, with tickets and money in the 3/1 range on the Over.

UPDATE 11:30 P.M. ET WEDNESDAY: Green Bay is down a point to -8 at DraftKings, despite the Packers drawing 86 percent of bets and 92 percent of dollars on the spread. DraftKings opened the total at 50 and is up to 51.5, with 72 percent of bets/90 percent of dollars on the Over.

---

Green Bay got a little more than it expected at Detroit, especially in the first half, but notched a 31-24 Week 14 victory and is currently the NFC's top playoff seed. Carolina went off as a 4-point home favorite against Denver and lost outright 32-27.

The Packers opened -9 at The SuperBook, and the line was stable Sunday night.

Opening line

Broncos +4, Over/Under 48

Why the line moved

UPDATE 4 P.M. ET SATURDAY: The SuperBook at Westgate pegged Buffalo a 4-point chalk at the opener, moved to -6.5 midweek, dipped to -5 Friday and is now -5.5. "Public play on Bills -5.5 and the Under. Sharp play on Broncos +6.5," SuperBook manager Reyna Hernandez said, adding there's parlay/teaser/moneyline parlay liability on Buffalo, as well. "The book needs the Broncos outright."

UPDATE 12:15 P.M. ET SATURDAY: Buffalo opened -5.5 at DraftKings and reached -7 Tuesday, then receded to -5 Friday and is now -5.5. However, the Bills are still attracting tickets and money at a 9/1 clip. The total moved from 48.5 to 48, up to 50.5, down to 48 and is now 49, with 58 percent of bets/54 percent of money on the Over.

UPDATE 9:30 P.M. ET FRIDAY: The Bills stretched from -4 to -6.5 early in the week but are now -5.5 at William Hill US, where Buffalo is attracting 84 percent of spread bets/77 percent of spread cash.

UPDATE 9:30 P.M. ET THURSDAY: Buffalo opened -6.5 at PointsBet USA and stuck there until Wednesday night before ticking to -6. The Bills are taking 86 percent of spread tickets, but just 63 percent of spread money for a Saturday contest. The total is down just a tick from 50 to 49.5 on two-way action, with 55 percent of bets/52 percent of money on the Under.

UPDATE 10 P.M. ET TUESDAY: FanDuel opened Bills -5.5 and got to -7 by lunch hour today as bettors pounded Buffalo early, to the tune of 86 percent of tickets and money. The total moved from 48.5 to 50.5, then inched back to 50, with 67 percent of tickets and 86 percent of cash on the Over.

---

Denver went to Carolina and came away with a modest upset in a 32-27 victory Sunday. Buffalo notched an impressive 26-15 home win over Pittsburgh in the Week 14 Sunday nighter, the Bills' third straight win and sixth in seven games as they solidified their spot atop the AFC East.

The Bills opened -4, and per The SuperBook's standard operating procedure, the game came off the board during the Steelers-Bills Sunday night game. Bills-Broncos will go back up Monday morning.

Opening line

Titans -10.5, Over/Under 51.5

Why the line moved

UPDATE 12:30 P.M. ET SUNDAY: The Titans went from -10.5 to -11.5 at DraftKings, then dropped to -8.5 Saturday and are now -9, with 71 percent of bets and 78 percent of dollars on Tennessee. The total is up to 53.5 from 51.5, though it's almost dead-even two-way action.

UPDATE 9 A.M. ET SUNDAY: On Saturday, reports indicated Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford (ribs) was preparing to start, leading to a significant adjustment at The SuperBook. The line first moved straight from Titans -11.5 to -10, then to -9.5 a few minutes later. The total also went up a point Saturday, from 51.5 to 52.5, and it's now at 53.

UPDATE 9:30 P.M. ET FRIDAY: FanDuel opened Tennessee -7.5 Sunday night and hit the peak so far at Titans -11.5 earlier this evening, as the status of Detroit quarterback Matthew Stafford (ribs) remains questionable. The Titans are taking 77 percent of spread bets and 71 percent of spread money. The total is nailed to to 51.5 at FanDuel, with 64 percent of bets/61 percent of money on the Over.

UPDATE 9:45 P.M. ET TUESDAY: The SuperBook posted this game Tuesday morning, after news that the Lions weren't optimistic that QB Matthew Stafford (rib injury) would be available Sunday. The Titans opened -10.5, with a total of 51.5, and there was no movement on either number through Tuesday night. For some context, on last week's look-ahead line, The SuperBook had Tennessee -8.5, so Stafford's potential absence is contributing to a two-point jump in the line.

---

Tennessee rebounded from its home loss to Cleveland by plowing over Jacksonville 31-10 on the road Sunday. Detroit made Green Bay work a bit, but fell short at home 31-24, and quarterback Matthew Stafford left in the fourth quarter with a rib injury.

The SuperBook held off posting the Lions-Titans matchup while awaiting clarity on Stafford's status.

Opening line

Rams -16.5, Over/Under 44

Why the line moved

UPDATE 3:55 P.M. ET SUNDAY: Shortly before kickoff, the Rams are -17 at PointsBet USA and taking 63 percent of tickets/69 percent of money on the spread. The total is 44.5 on similar betting splits, with 62 percent of tickets and 64 percent of money on the Under.

UPDATE 1:30 P.M. ET SUNDAY: Los Angeles opened -16.5 and got to -17.5 at DraftKings, then inched down to -17, but the Rams are taking the big bulk of spread action, at 83 percent of bets and 88 percent of money. The total is back at the opener of 44.5, after spending the last couple of days at 43.5, with 55 percent of bets/64 percent of money on the Under.

UPDATE 9 A.M. ET SUNDAY: FanDuel moved Los Angeles from -16.5 to -17 in short order last Sunday, then went to -17.5 Wednesday, and this morning the number receded to -17. The Rams are taking just 53 percent of spread tickets and 57 percent of spread money against the winless Jets. The total moved from 44.5 to 43.5, with tickets and money almost 3/1 on the Under.

UPDATE 9:30 P.M. ET FRIDAY: The Rams opened -17 at William Hill US, spent a little over a day midweek at -17.5 and are now -17, with 72 percent of tickets and 71 percent of dollars on Los Angeles.

---

Los Angeles benefits from the mini-bye this week, after routing New England 24-3 in the Week 14 Thursday nighter. Meanwhile, New York remains winless (0-13 SU, 4-9 ATS) after getting boatraced 40-3 at Seattle on Sunday.

The Rams opened at a hefty -16.5, up three points from last week's look-ahead number at The SuperBook. Later Sunday night, Los Angeles stretched a tick higher to -17.

Opening line

Falcons +3.5, Over/Under 51

Why the line moved

UPDATE 12:30 P.M. ET SUNDAY: DraftKings moved Tampa Bay from -4 to -7, then dialed back a point this morning to -6, but the Buccaneers are still attracting 78 percent of tickets and money. The total dropped three points to 48.5, but rebounded a bit today to 49.5, with 61 percent of tickets on the Over and 59 percent of money on the Under.

UPDATE 10 A.M. ET SUNDAY: The Bucs jumped from -3.5 to -6.5 at William Hill US, while the total dropped from 51 to 49. "We're gonna need the Falcons big," director of trading Nick Bogdanovich said. "Every bet is on the Buccaneers."

UPDATE 11:30 P.M. ET SATURDAY: Tampa Bay has nearly doubled up at FanDuel, moving from -3.5 to -6.5 while taking 82 percent of bets and 83 percent of cash on the spread. The total fell from 51.5 to 48.5, then rebounded to 49.5, with 61 percent of bets/66 percent of money on the Over.

UPDATE 9:30 P.M. ET FRIDAY: The Bucs moved from -3.5 to -6 by Tuesday and are still -6 now at William Hill US, where 82 percent of bets and 87 percent of dollars are on Tampa Bay.

UPDATE 10 P.M. ET TUESDAY: Tampa Bay opened -3.5 early Sunday night at FanDuel, and by late Monday night, the Bucs were already up to -6, where the number remains now. Eighty-seven percent of early tickets and 95 percent of early dollars are on the Buccaneers. The total dialed down a point from 51.5 to 50.5, with 54 percent of tickets on the Over and 63 percent of money on the Under.

---

Tom Brady and Tampa Bay lost two in a row and three of four, putting their playoff position in peril, but bounced back Sunday with a 26-14 home win over Minnesota. Atlanta came up short at the Los Angeles Chargers, losing 20-17 on a final-seconds field goal.

The Buccaneers opened -3.5 Sunday evening and within a few minutes moved to -4 at The SuperBook.

Opening line

Dolphins -3, Over/Under 42.5

Why the line moved

UPDATE 12:45 P.M. ET SUNDAY: This line jumped the fence today, now sitting at Patriots -1.5 after opening Dolphins -2.5 and sitting at Miami -1.5 the past few days. Still, the Dolphins are taking 72 percent of tickets and 68 percent of money on the spread.

UPDATE 10 A.M. ET SUNDAY: William Hill US director of trading Nick Bogdanovich said the Dolphins opened -3, dipped to -2 midweek and hit -1.5 Saturday night. "We're dead even to it, and quite a bit of action. It's basically a pick 'em game," Bogdanovich said.

UPDATE 11:30 P.M. ET SATURDAY: The Dolphins are down to -1.5 from an opener of -3 at FanDuel, despite 5/1 tickets and money on Miami. The total dropped from 43 to 41.5, with 61 percent of tickets/66 percent of money on the Under.

UPDATE 9:30 P.M. ET THURSDAY: Miami started at -2.5, dropped to -1 and is now -1.5 at PointsBet USA, even though point-spread tickets and money are beyond 4/1 on the Dolphins. The total shifted from 42.5 to 41.5, but the Over is seeing 62 percent of bets/71 percent of money.

UPDATE 11:30 P.M. ET WEDNESDAY: Miami opened -2.5 at DraftKings and bounced between -2.5 and -2 a couple of times so far, with the number currently -2 and the Dolphins drawing 88 percent of tickets/94 percent of money. The total went from 42.5 to 41.5 to 42 on interesting betting splits: 67 percent of tickets are on the Over, while 89 percent of cash is on the Under.

---

Miami gave defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City a game, but just didn't have enough in a 33-27 Week 14 home loss. New England went to Los Angeles and got belted 24-3 by the Rams in the Thursday nighter, so at the least, the Patriots will have a little more rest this week.

"We opened the game Dolphins -3 (-110), took some money on the Patriots and moved to Patriots  +2.5," Murray said. "It will be interesting to see how the rookie Tua Tagovailoa fares in his first match up with Bill Belichick."

Opening line

WFT +3.5, Over/Under 43

Why the line moved

UPDATE 10:45 A.M. ET SUNDAY: The Seahawks are out to -6.5 from an opener of -5, as Washington goes with Dwayne Haskins at quarterback in place of injured Alex Smith (calf). "It will be interesting to see if this line ever gets to -7. Good two-way action, 64 percent of spread bets on the Seahawks, but 67 percent of spread handle on Washington," PointsBet's Patrick Eichner said. The total moved from 43.5 to 44.5 to 44, with 64 percent of bets/89 percent of money on the Over.

UPDATE 4 P.M. ET FRIDAY: Earlier today, Seattle moved from -6 to -6.5 at FanDuel, after news broke that Washington quarterback Alex Smith (calf) won't play Sunday and Dwayne Haskins will start. The Seahawks, who opened -3.5, are taking 61 percent of tickets and 71 percent of money on the spread. The total opened at 43.5 and spent much of the week at 44.5, but dipped back to 43.5 on the Smith news. Tickets and money are running 2/1 on the Under at FanDuel.

UPDATE 11:30 P.M. ET WEDNESDAY: Seattle opened -4 at DraftKings and initially ticked to -3.5, but is now up to -5.5, with tickets 2/1 and money 4/1 on the Seahawks. The total is down a notch from 44.5 to 44, though 70 percent of bets and 57 percent of dollars are on the Over.

---

Washington topped San Francisco 23-15 Sunday, playing at the Arizona Cardinals' stadium, and has now won and cashed four in a row to take control of the plodding NFC East. Seattle bounced back from its shocking home loss to the New York Giants by bashing the New York Jets 40-3 at home.

"We opened Seahawks -3.5 and moved quickly to -4.5," Murray said. "The move makes sense. Seattle righted the ship today against the Jets, and the public will be all over the Seahawks in this game, even after seeing Football Team win a few in a row and move into first place. Books will be rooting for 'Team' pretty big on Sunday."

Opening line

Vikings -3.5, Over/Under 45.5

Why the line moved

UPDATE 12:30 P.M. ET SUNDAY: DraftKings moved Minnesota from -3.5 to -2.5, as 63 percent of tickets and 61 percent of bets came in on Chicago. The total bounced from 46.5 to 46 to 47.5, then dipped to 46 again and is now 47, with 60 percent of bets/71 percent of cash on the Over.

UPDATE 10 A.M. ET SUNDAY: The Vikings opened -6 and are down to -3 at FanDuel, where point-spread ticket count is almost dead even and the Bears are taking 57 percent of spread cash. The total bounced from 47 to 46.5 to 47.5 and is now 46.5 again, with 60 percent of tickets/67 percent of money on the Over.

UPDATE 9:30 P.M. ET FRIDAY: Minnesota hasn't budged off -3 all week at William Hill US, where the only adjustment was in the price, with the Vikings opening -3 (-120) and shifting to -3 (-110) earlier tonight. The two-way point-spread action reflects that solid line, with the Vikings getting 56 percent of tickets and the Bears taking 55 percent of money.

---

Chicago surprisingly pulled it together in Week 14, flattening Houston 36-7 to snap a six-game skid (1-5 ATS). Minnesota, meanwhile, fell at Tampa Bay 26-14. Bears-Vikings was on the move right away Sunday night, with Minnesota down a half-point to -3 (-120).

"We opened Bears +3.5 and took money right away on Chicago. Our look-ahead line on that game was too high," Murray said, alluding to the Vikings -6.5 look-ahead number posted last week. "The Bears are a different beast with Akiem Hicks in there."

The defensive end helped Chicago put the clamps on Deshaun Watson and the Texans.

Opening line

Ravens -12.5, Over/Under 46

Why the line moved

UPDATE 10:45 A.M. ET SUNDAY: PointsBet USA moved the Ravens from -14 to -13, with Baltimore taking 67 percent of tickets and 56 percent of money on the spread. The total rose from 46.5 to 48, with 65 percent of tickets/86 percent of money on the Over.

UPDATE 10 P.M. ET FRIDAY: Baltimore toggled from -13 to -13.5 to -13 at William Hill US on some interesting betting splits: 77 percent of tickets are on the Ravens, while 72 percent of money is on the Jaguars.

UPDATE 11:30 P.M. ET WEDNESDAY: DraftKings moved Baltimore from -13 to -13.5, then went back to the opener this evening, although the Ravens are taking 62 percent of tickets and 74 percent of money on the spread.

---

Jacksonville had little answer for Tennessee on Sunday, losing at home 31-10. Baltimore still has Week 14 work to do in the Monday nighter at Cleveland. The SuperBook went ahead and installed the Ravens as 12.5-point favorites, and there was no line movement Sunday night.

Opening line

Giants +3.5, Over/Under 45

Why the line moved

UPDATE 8 P.M. ET SUNDAY: Shortly before kickoff, PointsBet USA has Cleveland at -6.5, from an opener of -5 and a low point of -4.5. Ticket count and money are both running 4/1 on Cleveland. The total moved from 44 to 43.5 to 44.5, with 65 percent of tickets/72 percent of money on the Over. The always-popular prop of player to score the first touchdown has Browns running back Nick Chubb (6/1) the commanding leader in ticket count at 34.5 percent of bets. Cleveland wideout Jarvis Landry (12/1) is a distant second with 9.8 percent of bets.

UPDATE 1:30 P.M. ET SUNDAY: DraftKings opened the Browns -3.5 and is now at -6.5, with point-spread tickets and money running about 6/1 on Cleveland. The total moved from 45.5 to 44 to 44.5, with 73 percent of tickets/82 percent of money on the Over.

UPDATE 10:30 P.M. ET SATURDAY: Cleveland opened -4.5 and stretched to -6.5 at BetAmerica, but interestingly, the betting splits indicate solid two-way action. The Browns are getting 51 percent of bets and the Giants are drawing 51 percent of money.

UPDATE 10 P.M. ET FRIDAY: The Browns have gone from -3.5 to -6 at William Hill US, largely due to Giants quarterback Daniel Jones (ankle/hamstring) being listed as questionable for the flexed-in Sunday night game. Early point-spread bettors are all over Cleveland, to the tune of 87 percent of tickets and 92 percent of money. "I’m not surprised the Browns are up to 6,” WillHill director of trading Nick Bogdanovich said. "Jones looks like he’s iffy at best, and the Giants' best cornerback (James) Bradberry is out too. Those factors have driven the line up throughout the week. We’ll definitely need the Giants come Sunday night."

UPDATE 10 P.M. ET THURSDAY: Cleveland fell from -5 to -4.5 early, but has since rebounded to -6.5 at PointsBet USA. The Browns are getting 77 percent of tickets, but just 56 percent of money for the Sunday night game. The total has had almost no movement, going from 44 to 43.5 and back to 44, with 60 percent of bets/63 percent of cash on the Over.

---

New York's impressive runs of 4-0 SU and 5-1 ATS came to a crashing halt on its home field in Sunday's 26-7 loss to Arizona. Cleveland is on a four-game win streak, but still has unfinished Week 14 business, with a key home game Monday night against Baltimore.

"We opened the Browns -3.5 and are still there," Murray said. "It's funny to see this game flexed to Sunday night. I wonder if the NFL is regretting that after the Giants' performance today. We’ll need the Giants, but I don’t think it’ll be as high volume of a game as the Chiefs-Saints game that afternoon or a typical Sunday night matchup."

Opening line

Cardinals -5.5, Over/Under 48.5

Why the line moved

UPDATE 3:55 P.M. ET SUNDAY: PointsBet USA has Arizona at -6, with Philadelphia taking 51 percent of tickets and the Cardinals landing 63 percent of money on the spread. The total is at 49.5, with 63 percent of tickets on the Over and 51 percent of money on the Under.

UPDATE 1:30 P.M. SUNDAY: Arizona moved from -5.5 to -6.5, then stuck at -6 from Wednesday forward at DraftKings, where 52 percent of tickets are on the Eagles and 60 percent of money is on the Cardinals.

UPDATE 10:30 P.M. ET SATURDAY: BetAmerica opened Arizona -5.5 and spent most of the week at -6.5, with 60 percent of tickets and 62 percent of money on the Cardinals.

UPDATE 10 P.M. ET FRIDAY: The Cards quickly moved from -5.5 to -6.5 at William Hill US, sticking at the latter number since Monday afternoon. The point-spread splits are pretty interesting, though, as rookie QB Jalen Hurts and the Eagles are collecting 56 percent of tickets and 78 percent of money. "Philly could be the public underdog this week, just because of the unknown of Hurts,” director of trading Nick Bogdanovich said, alluding to the youngster making just his second start, after helping the Eagles upend the Saints last week. “Is he the next great thing, or did he have a lucky game? We’ll see. Philly’s always been a popular team to begin with, maybe they’ve got some new life in the betting market because of Hurts."

---

Arizona got a much-needed 26-7 win at the New York Giants, pulling into the NFC's seventh and final playoff spot for the moment. Philadelphia, with rookie QB Jalen Hurts starting, entered its game against New Orleans as a 7.5-point home 'dog and exited with a 24-21 outright upset.

The Cardinals opened -5.5 at The SuperBook, and there was no line movement Sunday night.

Opening line

Saints +3.5, Over/Under 51.5

Why the line moved

UPDATE 3:55 P.M. ET SUNDAY: The Chiefs dipped to -2.5 at PointsBet USA but are still getting hammered, to the tune of 88 percent of bets and 89 percent of cash on the spread. The total moved from 51.5 to 53.5, with 82 percent of tickets/75 percent of money on the Over.

UPDATE 1:30 P.M. ET SUNDAY: DraftKings opened the Chiefs -3.5 and went to -4, but the line has since receded and now down to -2.5. Still, tickets and money are beyond 6/1 on Kansas City. The total initially dialed down from 51.5 to 50.5, then headed north and is now 53.5, 83 percent of tickets/89 percent of money on the Over.

UPDATE 10:30 P.M. ET SATURDAY: Kansas City started -4 at BetAmerica, dropped to -3, went back to -4 but is now down to -2.5. The Chiefs are attracting 61 percent of bets and 62 percent of money on the spread.

UPDATE 4 P.M. ET FRIDAY: Earlier today, FanDuel ticked from Chiefs -3 to -2.5 a couple of times, after news broke that Drew Brees will return at quarterback for the Saints. But the line is now -3 again, with tickets and money running more than 9/1 on Kansas City, which opened -3 and got as high as -4 before dialing back at FanDuel. The total, which opened at 51 Sunday, today moved from 51.5 to 52.5, with 94 percent of tickets/97 percent of cash on the Over.

UPDATE 10 P.M. ET THURSDAY: Kansas City dipped from -4 to -3 by Tuesday, and that's where the line is now, even though the Chiefs are attracting 80 percent of tickets and 83 percent of money on the spread. The total is nailed to 51.5 so far, despite 5/1 tickets and 6/1 money on the Over.

Patrick Mahomes had an errant game against Miami, throwing three interceptions Sunday. But after falling behind 10-0, Kansas City scored 30 consecutive points and hung on for a 33-27 road win. That's more than New Orleans could say after its nine-game SU win streak and five-game ATS run surprisingly ended in a 24-21 loss at Philadelphia.

"We opened the Chiefs -3.5 and were quickly bet up to -4," Murray said. "This will be the biggest-handle game of Week 15. The public will be squarely on the Chiefs, especially after seeing the Saints lose today in Philadelphia."

Why the line moved

UPDATE 10:45 A.M. ET SUNDAY: The 49ers got to -3.5 this morning at PointsBet USA, after opening -2 and sitting at -3 mmuch of the week. "Sixty-nine percent of tickets on San Francisco, but heavier money on Dallas, to the tune of 70 percent of handle," PointsBet's Patrick Eichner said. The total moved from 45.5 to 45, with 58 percent of tickets/65 percent of money on the Over.

UPDATE 10 P.M. ET THURSDAY: PointsBet USA pegged the Niners -2 Sunday night and has been at -3 since Tuesday, with 73 percent of spread bets on the 49ers, but 61 percent of spread money on the Cowboys. The total inched from 45.5 to 45, with 56 percent of tickets/66 percent of money on the Over.

Dallas halted a 1-6 SU skid (2-5 ATS) by coasting past host Cincinnati 30-7 in Week 14. San Francisco became Washington's latest victim, losing 23-15 in the Niners' short-term home at the Arizona Cardinals' stadium.

"We had this game at pick’em, and we took a bet on the 49ers right away. We are at San Francisco -1 now," Murray said Sunday evening, a couple of hours before the Niners stretched to -2 on more sharp action at The SuperBook. "San Francisco is a very depleted team, and it showed today, but Dallas has plenty of problems of its own. Good move by the NFL flexing this game out of Sunday night. I don't think it’ll be a high-volume game."

Opening line

Bengals +12, Over/Under 41.5

Why the line moved

UPDATE 8 P.M. ET MONDAY: As kickoff approaches, PointsBet USA has Pittsburgh -14.5, the high point for a game that opened -13. Point-spread ticket count is just shy of 4/1 and spread money almost 5/1 on the Steelers. The total moved from 40.5 to 40 and back, with 58 percent of bets on the Over, but 51 percent of money on the Under. On the always-popular prop of player to score the first touchdown, Steelers tight end Eric Ebron (12/1) and wideout JuJu Smith-Schuster (9/1) are in a near dead heat, with Ebron taking 13.9 percent of tickets and Smith-Schuster 13.7 percent. Those two are followed by three more Steelers: Benny Snell Jr. (+750), James Washington (20/1) and Diontae Johnson (9/1). Bettors have little faith in a Bengal scoring the first TD.

UPDATE 7 P.M. ET MONDAY: The Steelers are out to -14.5 at William Hill US, after opening -12, and Pittsburgh is drawing 82 percent of spread bets/86 percent of spread money. "All the money and all the liability is on the Steelers. We’ll need the Bengals pretty big tonight," director of trading Nick Bogdanovich said. "This may end up being our biggest decision this week, or close to it. Kansas City and Cleveland were in the same ballpark." The total is down a point to 40.5, with the Over landing 67 percent of bets, but the Under getting 55 percent of money.

UPDATE 5:30 P.M. ET MONDAY: FanDuel started the Steelers at -12.5 and is now up to -14.5, with 70 percent of tickets and 64 percent of money landing on Pittsburgh. The total moved from 40.5 to 40 and back to 40.5, with 63 percent of tickets on the Over, but 55 percent of money on the Under.

UPDATE 1:30 P.M. ET MONDAY: Pittsburgh opened -12 at DraftKings, peaked at -15 very early today and is now -14. Seventy-two percent of point-spread tickets and 75 percent of spread bets are on the Steelers. The total opened 41.5, dropped to 40 and is now 40.5, with 65 percent of tickets and 54 percent of money on the Over.

UPDATE 2 A.M. ET MONDAY: BetMGM Nevada moved the Steelers from -12.5 to -14.5 by Saturday, then ticked back to -14 Sunday morning. "It's all Steelers. Ninety-five percent of money and 70 percent of tickets are on the Steelers," BetMGM Nevada's Scott Shelton said. That includes a $220,000 Steelers -14 play.

UPDATE 10 P.M. ET FRIDAY: The Steelers opened -12 at William Hill US and reached -13 Thursday afternoon, and the line remains -13 tonight. Bettors are piling on Pittsburgh, at 85 percent of tickets and 96 percent of cash on the spread.

Cincinnati, just trying to ride out this season after losing rookie QB Joe Burrow, was no match for Dallas in a 30-7 home loss Sunday. Pittsburgh got out of the gate this season 11-0, but has now lost two in a row after a 26-15 setback at Buffalo in the Week 14 Sunday nighter.

Still, it was easy for The SuperBook to make the Steelers double-digit favorites at -12 in the Week 15 Monday night game. The game came off the board during the Steelers-Bills tilt and will go back on the board Monday morning.
