Two wretched defenses tangle in Texas on Monday Night Football when the Arizona Cardinals visit the Dallas Cowboys.

Our Cardinals vs. Cowboys predictions and same-game parlay picks for Week 9's MNF matchup believe Bam Knight is the key cog in the Arizona offense.

Read on for our NFL picks for November 3.

Our best Cardinals vs Cowboys SGP for Week 9

The Dallas Cowboys defense was gashed for over 150 rushing yards on 7.13 yards per carry by the Broncos when last seen. This unit is giving up the fourth-most rushing yards per game (146), and now Bam Knight steps into a great spot with almost no competition for touches.

Knight handled 64% of the running back opportunities in the Arizona Cardinals' last game, with Carter getting seven carries for just 11 yards. Knight finished with 57 yards on 14 carries against an elite Green Bay run defense. Over his two starts, he’s faced tough run units (Packers, Colts) but still logged 25 carries for 91 yards and a score.

With that kind of volume against this soft Dallas defense, 15 carries for 60 yards would only require 4.0 yards per carry — a modest ask versus a defense allowing 4.9 per rush on the season.

Knight will have plenty of room to run as the Dallas defense tries to cover its warts in the secondary and mask the extensive injuries. He could be facing some light boxes.

Javonte Williams is a great bet to score in this game. Only Josh Jacobs and Jonathan Taylor have more red-zone TDs than Williams (seven).
