Pistons vs Bucks prediction
Pistons vs Bucks best bet: Pistons -4.5 (-110)
The Detroit Pistons are 1-4 against the spread since beating the Milwaukee Bucks. However, before prospective bettors begin to panic, four of those games were against playoff teams with a combined record of 52-33. Milwaukee is not one of those teams.
Detroit has won seven straight against teams with losing records since an opening-night loss at Chicago.
The Bucks, meanwhile, have lost eight of nine and are 2-7 ATS over that span. That skid includes a 1-2 record against teams with worse current records than Milwaukee.
The Bucks haven’t beaten a team that is above them in the current standings since a November 7 win over the Bulls, and they haven’t beaten a team with a winning record since October 28, against the Knicks.
Making matters worse, Kevin Porter Jr. is day-to-day. He scored 30 in his last game but left in the fourth quarter with back spasms. It was just his third game of the season after spraining an ankle in the opener.
Giannis Antetokounmpo didn’t play in the first clash and is listed as probable, but even with the Greek Freak, the Bucks won’t be able to match the Pistons’ depth.

Pistons vs Bucks same-game parlay
Ryan Rollins averaged 24.8 points when Giannis was out. He then moved to the back burner when the Greek Freak returned, averaging 12.3 ppg in the last three.
The Pistons have gone Under in three of their last four games, the Bucks in four of their previous five. Detroit plays at the No. 10 tempo in the league, but against No. 8 Atlanta, neither team reached 100 points. Now they play No. 20 Milwaukee.
The 230.5 cutoff seems unusually high.
