On the other side is Max Scherzer, and the Baltimore Orioles just tagged him for six earned runs 11 days ago. No matter how you slice it, we'll see offensive fireworks this afternoon.
COVERS INTEL: Nobody is happier to see Bassitt than George Springer, who's hit two homers off him in his career and owns a .631 xSLG versus the righty in 26 plate appearances.
