Would be willing to go straight up, as I carry on that Saints train. Also, as a side prop wager, I'd be willing to lay another C-Note on Brees passing for more TDs in the game than Manning. Something to say, balance it out.
This will truly come down to which squad adjusts to the 70-75 degrees and high chance of rain after having both their post-seasons spent indoors.
The Colts will be a bit more bare and exposed, missing Bob Sanders here severely. Meacham, Colston, Henderson, and the brilliant versatility of Pierre Thomas might prove too much for the Colts to overcome. You know Pierre Garcon won't have a duplicate performance from the AFC Championship. That springs Indy back to Dallas Clark, and a double-teamed Reggie Wayne.
As is typical Super Bowl fashion, some unsuspecting, usual low limelight player will take the MVP award for the game. Perhaps a defensive side.

GRASS AND OUTDOORS IT IS
Saints wont have a problem performing to their best ability due to these facts. They played well against the Eagles in Philly and still won against the #1 passing Defense at that time the Redskins which the field was wet and sloppy. Still scored 30 points. Against Miami in Miami (The field where the Super Bowl is Held) Saints came from a 24-3 deficit and won at the end with the score ....

Once again I will say that the Saints will be playing in this Stadium for the 3rd time this year so to me, they are more accustomed to this field more than the Colts. If I'm not mistaken, I think that this was Breeses home field at one point right?

thanks but i still mised the capital on the [if i'm not mistaken]. anyways i think it wont really be to high scoring. im thinking more like 28- 24 and the saints will still win.good luck to all and sorry for the joke if i pissed anyone off. jus having fun.

Saints in their last game needed 6 fumbles and 2 ints to win @ home in overtime, and still almost lost the game. The Colts are getting the weaker of the 2 teams. Viking would put up a better fight.
Bree's home field? Which coast are you talking about? Maybe you think Cuba is Mexico?
By halftime the Colts maybe up by 21.
Colts win this by at lease 10.

Manning is just too good people.......Again, did you see what he did to the Ravens and Jets???? New Orleans, coming off two weeks sitting, not playing at home and having to face the best offensive coordinator in the league(Manning), and are in big trouble here. Somebody pointed out the record after bye weeks for these two teams!! It jumps off the page. The Saints have enough offense to get anybody to listen about how they can win this game.......and certainly, they could. They just won't........Indy has the most under the radar D in the league. When it matters, they play lights out. Nobody handles the ebb and flow of the game like Manning. Nobody changes more plays at the line of scrimage.
Every team in the league sends in the defesive set before the snap. Yeah, they all have checks to other sets they can call, but when Manning steps up and looks over YOUR defense, and then starts to move skill positions around and begins pointing out blocking assignments to offensive lineman.......YOU have about 5-8 seconds to reset the D. Therein lies the mismatch, and the very thing that beats teams down in the second half of games against the Colts. It mentally kills a defense when you try to solve that jigsaw puzzle all day and in the end look up and your behind and still no closer to solving it!!!!!

Last 3 SBs the New-Jack outplayed, out hustled and out scored the "Wise Veterans" of the game...........
This entire season's been "against the grain".........

2009 Saints Preview -- Expect bigger things from the Saints this year. They made a slight improvement on defense during the offseason but this outfit still won't crack the top twenty in team defense. As you probably already know the offense is a finely tuned machine and will be one of the leaders come seasons end. Look for Pierre Thomas to have a huge year running the ball. NO ranked 7 on offense, NO ranked 9 on defense...
2009 Colts Preview -- How will Peyton Manning fare in his first season without his trusty receiver Marvin Harrison? Tony Dungy is no longer the head coach. It looks like a questionable year for the Colts. Colts are ranked 4 on offense and 5 on defense..And we know how he fared without having Harrison to throw to.
Saints met their expectations -- Colts exceeded their expectations. Plus they have the difference maker. (Manning) Therefore I see a Hoosier hoedown throwdown dance Sunday night.

you sir are an idiot.. sanchez was not able to score more than two touchdowns on indi.. did you see the preformance in the second half from indis D? anyways indi did not expect sanchez to throw ( they thought jets will run run run ) but indi knows that drew throws so breez will have at least 2 turn overs in this game.. also did you see what minni did to them? the who dats almost lost 4 times in that game and they got saved by god.. if favre was not banged up they woulda lost by double digits.
manning takes his 2 ring. no one can top that guy and indis D is way underrated. indi -10

Saints win by 10pts or more, Ind defense gonna struggle to cover the run and pass! SAINTS +4.
you are an idiot as well.. If their D strugles then how did they stop baltimores and jets run and where undefeated all year long up to the last two games where the starters did not play.. think before you talk home boy. Indis D is one of the best in the nfl and you will find that out come sunday.

Will it affect the game?...maybe, yeah to a certain extent...but Manning still wins. I will say this... I used to be a big runner and I have torn ligaments in both feet. I could barely walk, but went to the dr, got some prednisone and 1 week later I was fine.

If you have certain list thats leans to going over than the pro bowl was the game for you..Almost the same total and over she went..That`s with No defence what-so-ever...Now this total moving towards 57,is in my opinion, ridiculous for a superbowl .Sure it`s a given that they are both Quaterback driven teams but how `bout some respect` for the "D-men" or for the occasion other than ads in that case..
Saints had the second best red zone D in the League their pass rush against the Vikings is what had Favre on the ground 9 times from 26 drop backs and that was the first half...Then we have the Colts D-men that have the prior experience and pass rush to cause Brees some problems..All in all see this one as being a lot closer and a lower total than the line movement would have us believe...If the Saints line gets driven higher by all the meery manning pundits out there than I will be on that as well,..But in the meantime going to hit the before it tops out
