Immigration Issue

CNN reports that in 2025, deaths of ICE immigrant detainees have reached highest level in at least two decades.  Under staffing and poor medical care drive deaths in Trump concentration camps.

Alligator Alcatraz, which should have been shut down months ago, is finally closing & vendors providing support services on the property haven't been getting paid. The administration has supposedly "approved" repayment of 608 million to the state while the overall cost paid by Florida taxpayers exceeds a billion.

DeSantis is wiping his filthy little hands of the mess because he's moving out & will no longer receive government housing free of charge. Gotta get a couple of cars too because he won't get his ass chauffeured around anymore. 

He's letting everyone know he's up "FOR SALE" & he'll try to hitch his star to the chow wagon of lobbyists but he's not exactly in a strong bargaining position. As Governor he can still make shit happen but will lose that power at the end of the year. In other words.... BUY ME NOW!!!! 

In war against legal immigration, Trump administration to require thousands of people seeking work visas to leave US before applying for visas.  According to Cato institute, this illogical policy would make legal immigration harder and drive top talent away to other countries.

In the future, US needs more immigration because of aging population and low birth rate,  Without immigrants, US population shrink, workforce decline, less funding for social security, higher tax burden and lower economic growth.  In general, most economists  and Americans agree the benefits of immigration outweigh its costs.
